Also there is the IS300 which is a 3 litre straight 6 with around 211 bhp. Then there are also quite a few IS200's that are supercharged (this is not a factory option) which is about 200 bhp i believe.

Hello all, A while ago my brother in law and i where out having a few beverages and when we got home thought it would be fun to reinnact some of the scenes from karate kid Unfortunately, while i was capturing the moment with the camera the backwards spin kick that he was currently doing was a bit closer than i thought (flaming zoom) and he kicked the camera out of my hand!! The camera still works fine but the lens cover has come off and so the glass is always on show and increases the chance of it being damaged while out or in transport. Can anyone mend cameras at all??? Cannon have said it will be £100 before they even fix it and the house insurance excess is £100. The camera is only the Cannon Digital LXUS 70. Any help would be appreciated.

Just been speaking to them today and they are brining out some company to have a look at it next week to see what they suggest but they said that it is going to be a bonnet respray, so hopefully they will be paying for that to be done for me but i will keep my fingers crossed until then.

I'll ring up a few lexus dealers later on and see if i can get the parts for £130 and then there are a few garages round my way that only charge £40 an hour and so should be able to get it done for around £250

Lexus leicester want £65 + vat just for the tensioner and the labour on my locak garage alone is £185 for 3 hours!

Like Kam said if your looking at selling soon then i'd probably keep the LFSH but otherwise i'd go to an independant garage.

I will do some ringing round but am tempted to get the parts myself and just get a garage to do the work if it works out cheaper with gold discount. Yeah prices include VAT.

Hello all, At work there are currently some workmen doing some work on drains and digging holes for more drains or something like that! Anyway, i parked my car up on friday along the barrier set out by the workers along with everyone else who works at the same place as me. 5 o'clock comes and i walk back to my car, when i turn the corner they are drilling into the floor with some big digger and bit's of stones are flicking off all the cars!!! I now have about 15-20 stone chips on my bonnet thanks to the docile workers!! Work are currently putting in a complaint and hopefully dealing with it but i will not impressed if i do not get my bonnet completely repsprayed.

I need to get my cambelt change some time soon and have been quited £350 from a local garage and about £380 from Lexus Leicester. I always thought you could get the parts for around £120 and then it's a 3 hour job for a garage. Can anyone shed some light as to whether this is right? Also, how much is a pollen filter? Is this the one under the glove box? Thank you.

According to first post we have 9 attending and some maybe's but it's always best to have more food then less and i'm sure if there are any spare i can fit another burger in!! I can pick up plates, napkins, knives and forks.
