Yep..from a LHD IS300. I think its not worth the hassel, cos they dont come with ballast/ignitor box either!! Just gona settle with some Phillips Blue vision Bulbs for now.

hey guys, U propbably guessed by now, ive the got the “Ebay bug”! Found some Complete headlight units for a US IS300, costing $200-300 (auction still on). Was thinking to bid for them and replace my current headlight units with these HID ones. BUT would they fit, would i be able to easily swap my IS200 ones for the HID ones? These also have the clear side indicators…. which look v good :D :D

thx 4 that, will definitely use a Credit Card. I have 2 give him paint code etc so it can be painted b 4 hand. Fingers crossed - should get in a week i f pay today/tomorrow. :)

hey, Ive been loooking for a cheap spoiler (Uk sports style spoiler)for some time, found something on ebay which is from Hong Kong, emailed the seller and asked how much it would cost - was told it would $80 for spoiler and $40 for shipping to UK. Thats a fraction of the price i can get it from Uk or US!! It just sounds to good to be true!!!! What u guys think??

This morning handed my IS200 to be valeted at Lexus Edgware Road, got given a IS300 as a courtesy car for the day…….wow soo nice..amazing drive (y am i at work when i could be driving around in Is300)!!! It has the new DVD based nav system, really nice…large screen….wicked!! Does anyone know if it would be possible to change the Cd rom based screen to the new larger dvd based sceen, not worried about changing the system! PS if any is thinking about gettin an Is300...go 4 it :-)

This is prob sad, but i considerd The Merc C-Class, BMW320 Coupe, and Golf GTI. But wanted the IS since day one, soo the others were ruled out!! Have 2 say i was being brain washed 2 get a merc by my bro!! Got really tempted, but one drive in the IS, that was it!! :D

That must be the traction control!! i got my car home fianally!! Still would not get into the drive way!! gave in and parked it in the front!!! being a RWD it drives perfect in reverse

Ok i had the worse day ever!!! some1 hit my car in the bacjk B**** snow, he just drove right in to the side!!! and on top of that the car would just not move!!! REALLY bad all other drives drove past lookin at the lexus ..all new and shiny yet not moving an inch!! i have parked it on the raod and walked home!!! CAlled RAC ..they said they wil call in 4 hours 2 bring the car home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My IS200!!!!!!!!!!!! Lexus just cant seem 2 handle the snow atall!! soo this guy who had a gs300, was stressing sooo much....holding up the traffic!!!

i was one of the IS owners mate!! i got mine booked for the 14th. The guy said he normally charges £165, but for LOC memebers £150. Im gona get 35% all over aswell, asked about getting blue 2 match the car, but its not legal 2 get front in that kinda tint!!! Just gona stick 2 the blk 35% Cant wait, apparently it takes 4 hours!! ive not seen notgham, can check the palce out in while my Lex gets the tints <_<

I want one of those man!!! Im trying to get hold of a lip style spoiler, but deffo want one with an LED light (clear would b good) Chris S said he could get me one but its over £450 + fillting and painting!!!!!!!!! :( knw where i can get one for under £300?? <_<

:( I am having a similar problem with my IS, i think it a common fault with this system, called my local lexus dealer and they said they would order me a new unit under the warranty :D Reloading the Cds does help tho.

Hey, I tried 2 book my car in for the same week (14th of feb) but the guy is still on hol till next monday!! I been advised 2 get 35% all round :) I fink it would look more even then darker bak and ligher front. My bro was sayin he sayw a silver vw with silver tints and it looks fab!! any1 got coloured tints? is it possible (legal)?

No pics as yet!! ;) Will get some soon. Shopping list - Spoiler and front mesh grill (will get full skirt ..later on in the year). Oh yea..going 2 get windows done at tint-r once i get a booking (mid feb) U still doing the HID bulbs group buy? (Have 2 join gold this week aswell) Need 2 call my insurance company and find out how much it will set me back for extrz!!

Mate, whats a standard feature. windows open from boot?????????????? boot dont open with swicth??????? If thats the case vw should sort there cars out!! :o It dont say any of this on the manual! Honstly cant believe that only one mirrow heating is a standard ...both worked before!!

hey guys, im picking up the IS on wednesday, so gettin my vw ready 2 goo 2 its new owner, just a few problems tho..donno if anyone can help?? The electric heated mirrors are acting funny, when trying u 2 adjust the right one it moves the left one aswell!! and when the switch is on 2 heat them only right heats not left!!! Does anyone knw what could b wrong?? Also when trying to open the boot with the key, its seems 2 open all the windows of the car if i turn the key a lil more (had this problem for some time, but not done anything about it!! anyone any ideas what could b wrong??

hey mate, im trying to get one aswell, for my is200, my dealer still has not got back 2 me with a price, it should b around £250 for the lip spoiler, if thats what u after. Let me knw if u get a price from u dealer. Thanks
