fitting the kit is dead simple it a straight swap c-west kits have all the original mounting points, the only thing is the front takes a bit of tiem and car to line up good

i have a cwest kit on my car , didnt bother about the fog at front just get a hid conversion m8

Power gains from gas on a standard engine can be up to 150hp with a progressive controller!!!

car hifi tweeters are resistance "irrelevant, the lexus amp will run pretty much any tweeter, bar a compression driver!!!! Any half decent car hifi tweeter will suffice, reccomend Helix reference tweeters @ around £35 the pair!

mm u must havea dodgy petreol cap hehe j/j m8, i have no probs with mine and i have a 15 inch sub, but mind u i have sound deadened the whole of my car, so maybe u can try to sound deadend the boot and the rear quarters that help vibration on panels and ur bass will sound harmonically better and keeps most of the bass inside the car too, it great suff

we will be making all the pipes + header, have a very good friend who manufactures FIA spec stuff for the racing world, so this by comparison "should" be easy!! And, superchargin...............prefer a little gas myself. More fun!!!! The car drives lovely as it sits, it would just be nice to kick a lil ***** when required!!! i have a japanese version facia, the only thing it does not aloow for the two sockets for the heated seats it has a little compartment instead, but i modified mine and it looks standard hehe

yes i tried vibe stuff i still actually got eh bax i had in my lexus it sounds really good, it was 2 - 10's in a ported box with 2 ports firing into the up thru the parcel shelf the on the is u have to cut shelf, but im selling it if u interested

the amp in the lexus is an active amp, there are 2 sets of wires, 1 set for the lexus mid and 1 set for the lexus tweeter. when u change the speaker, you can only use 1 set of wires. so you only actually get "half" the sound. if you bidge both wires to the same speaker, u goose the lexus amp. u either have to change your head unit and bypass the amp or bi wire the new speaker. mail me for more info!!

well fitting ice in the lexus its great mines being done, removed factory h/u replaced with alpine tv screen and in dash dvd and fitting dvd 6 disc changer in it, u can uprate back speaker with some 6 x9 make it really up to u how much u want to spend??? front speakers i go for sumthing like a set of components that what i gone for but i got some custom door builds done one off jobbies they look great and the sound staging is phat, i used to have twin 10 inch subs custom built for the lexus the port fired into the rear shelf so u would have to make a hole in the parcel but u can hear and feel the bass, im sellign them cause i decided to go 15inch sub hehe,, putting caps across the speakers does not increase impedance it only acts liek a crossover.. amit if u wanted to change amp u might aswell change speakers, i dont think u find a decent amp to go back in that place, trust me i taken my whole interoir out in my lexus... :duh:

i go to hong kong alot and i was asking about suspension and they said that hks ones arent to clever so they recommended some good ones called zeal they used them alot in hk for street racing :D even trd in hk say hks arent to clever but hey it up to u what u fit..

I believe alpine do one for around £1500. good unit apparently.

Left to go:- The final push to get it over 200 bhp, so a bit of gas and a full header included exhaust and decat (all 3 of em). And finish off the glass boot install. bar that all done. oh and am debating as to whether to invest in a set of 22" zennetti allys!!!! caliper clearance probs with that tho!!

hey i got a alpine head unit and dvd player in mine and it looks phat in the centre, got a pukka facia plate for it, i dont know how to post pics if someone tells me i can get a pic up and show u, got amps and subs and speakers, had custom door builds to house the speakers in front, dvd 6 disc changer plays mp3 cds so loads a music and tv hehe

hmm i fitted the kit but i can get it for u, i see if i can get soem pics and price ok just bare with me new to this forum hehe

hi i have a lexus is200, i new to this forum so pls go easy on me hehe bulbs i just converted my h/l to hid but i had the proper kit from trd, they have proper harness and module and the fitting kit aswell so it all looks standard and it road legal too... any q's mail me on prpracing285@surfanytime.co.uk
