I like the fact that all the cars look the same and it gives the marque an identity that you can relate to - no matter what model. Plus, if you lie the look of one - you'll more than likely like them all - so the only choice you have to make is size of vehicle (and cost) When a manufacturer changes the looks of a car it typically takes a few months (years?) to get used to the new design and quite often people dont like the new designs immediately and prefer the "old" shape. However, after time, when you have become acclimatised to the new model - you look at the old model and think how dated it looks. Manufacturers are always going to favour the look that appeals to the majority of people - so similarities are always going to occur......theres also the fact that the majority of manufacturers are all owned by the same group now anyway and to reduce R&D costs they are going to re-use designs across their ranges where possible. We no longer live in the days of multiple independent manufacturers :(

Thats usually gonna be the deal with the "bundled" or so called "free" BB.............you will suffer with slower speeds, particularly at peak times as the bandwidth isnt there to cope. I'm still paying quite a high price for my BB (£24 / month) but its a reliable service (never had an issue in 4 years) and I never suffer from slower speeds (Minimum I have had is 7Mg and line is only Max 8 Meg) - I'm just short of 2 miles away form the exchange. I use mine as part of my business and to log onto remote networks - so I need it to be fast and reliable 24/7. The company are so confident that they dont sign you up to any 12 month contracts like the others - Just 1 month contract so you can leave whenever you want to....and their support is second to no-one (they have UK based people who actually know what they are talking about - not reading from scripts) Its usually in this area that the cheaper ones are lacking (after all the support needs to be paid for) As with anything....you usually get what you pay for ......but given I'm paying £15-20 more a month it depends whether you think its worth it.......If the odd speed loss doesnt bother you and it seems to be pretty reliable given the above posts then for the money its quite a bargain....

New dvd is bang up to date (ordered from the link Paul gave) - Its the 2006/2007 version More detail and better mapping than my TomTom Navigator (Version 6) - All the changes to the roundabouts, new bypasses etc round my area are all sorted....TomTom still missing some of these .... Turned up 2 days after ordering too.....

I have found the Parrot Bluetooth kits extremely good quality. They install via a wiring loom adaptor in the back of your car stereo - sound comes out of the car speakers plus mutes your stereo when you make/receive a call. Some models have voice activated dialling (which is surprisingly accurate and hasnt got one wrong yet for me) Also a couple of models with a colour screen (although finding where to place it can give you problems) and even one with a built in GPS receiver They have just released (or are releasing shortly) an updated version which allows you to remove the screen when leaving the car (as a security measure) - which is a good improvement on the old model (which I have) and gives you more options on where to locate.
