Ah Nick from Autocosmetics was meant to be fitting mine today but he never called to arrange it ..... I will give him a call tomorrow and hopefully he can get his butt over to manchester to do mine asap I am getting the raised spoiler with the brake light (not the evo type but the other type !) To be honest Alex I havent been able to source any silver bulbs for the foggies as yet but I havent spent that much time on it as yet I will have another lookie see over the weekend and see if we can find anything

Okies I am meant to be doing a few things to my car on monday, first off putting some 18" Bk 299's on but have seen a nice set of 19" 5 spokes I can get for about £1K According to the suppliers of the 19" I wont need to roll my arches or cut any of my liner out, but I dont believe him to be honest and I dont wanna buy them and find I need to spend £'s on more mods to make them fit :( Anyone got any idea ? They are the first ones on THIS Webpage!! The 299's are the second set down and then the third set are BBS RX and the last set are some performance alloys M003's (apparently!!) Also I am planning on lowering the Lex by 35mm and am worried that this will be too low if I have 19" wheels like these. I have also included the ebay auction HERE for anyone who may want more info on them also!!! I know I am going back and forth with this and probably boring some of you but I just want to be sure hehe thanks for any info Duncan

Java did you pay extra to have that dodgy bloke bend over your car? Is it possible to use chrome bulbs that light red (I know someone mentioned it but it wasnt answered :( )

I am not a supporter of the "Secret Squirrel Brigade" and keeping secrets etc from other members, but in this case I think it is warrantied that the dangers far outweight the advantages to your Lex. The figure I got a few weeks ago wasnt expensive for the time and the knowledge that you are getting, yes maybe the components only cost a couple of quid from Maplins but we all know that anyone can buy a soldering iron from there and claim to be an electronics wiz (just like I did lol!). I would much rather pay for someone to do it for me and know that I havent wired the red wire instead of the pink wire and and then be on the M6 and kaboom my pride and joy is a pile of ash and melted plastic. If someone is willing to pay £300 for a rear spoiler to be fitted by a Pro then I am sure they are willing to pay £x (whatever the amount is) to get total closure fitted by a pro. As someone would be willing to pay me (well my company !) £1000 Day for me to setup their Novell or Citrix Servers... I could tell the customer how to do it on the phone but then it opens up a whole can of worms with support etc.... So in conclusion, if you dont know how to do it and it isnt as simple as "bolt this to that etc..." then I think its worth getting a pro to do it, and if there are any problems with it then its their problem and not yours. £700 for 18" with tyres is cheap as chips ! Do they have any other designs or just that design of alloy? cheers dunk

Nice PC Matt! Wosket that spec is very similar to mine, but I got mine setup to overclock to 3200 specs (no i wont tell you how to do this cause if you break yours you will batter me!!) Just please remember to "loose" my tel number if you are having probs

At the end of the day you get what you pay for to be honest. Anyone seen these? made me laugh a bit and can imagine all the max power nova's with these on Purple !!

Use an oven did it on saturday with my spare lights and worked a treat! Just be careful with the heats and the time in the oven. Just need to attach my rings and wire it up and reseal and I am done :D You can get the kit as low as £40 but its an led ring and not a fiber ring, looks just as good.
