hi dunno whether this helps,probably stating the obvious answer to the question but a 10mm spanner is generally for a 6mm bolt. ;)

hi,did the rear strut brace in the boot make any difference,to the handling,etc and was it fairly easy to fit because ive been thinking of getting one too,cheers??

i also have a blueflame on mine,i think it sounds good idling,and when driving,isnt 'droney' on motorway journeys which is a plus. got mine from ebay,brand new one,still boxed and packaged for £190,also is a excellent fit in my opinion,hope this also helps :winky:

no i havent got one yet,was just getting some advice before i bought it,i used to have a decat pipe on my old car and it passed 2 mots,just wonderd if anyone knew if they gave any improved power gains,my mots due soon,so ill wait til thats gone before i get the decat just in case!!

hi everyone; item number:270302840242 just saw this decat item on ebay(searched lexus exhaust),and was wondering if anyone has bought one of these,and if so what did they think of if,fitting,performance gains,quality ,etc. any tips or advice would be appreciated thanks?

i got all mine done by a guy called kevin(can't remmber the company name) in bexley...if that helps cost me £250 pm me and i'll dig out the details i got mine done in the same place i think,it was bexley too,got all mine done,front and rear for 190 about a year or so again,excellent and faultless job,ive got the mobile number feel free to message me if you want it!!

hi everyone. i recently,about 2 months ago had new discs and pads fitted all round,ebc discs and green stuff pads on the front. since having this work done when i corner,a noise comes from the wheels,a scraping noise which sounds like metal on metal,any ideas on what this is and how to cure it ,thanks in advance?

hi, i also have this starting problem,mine does it when its hot or cold,but 80% of the time its when its cold would i be right then in thinking the problem could potentially be cured by changing the spark plugs. i had a major service last january(08),would the spark plugs off been changed in this service?? -
i have ebc drilled and groved on mine,slightly better,but they are slightly noisey,when i was looking for the fronts i also looked for matching rear dics,couldnt find them anywhere,so not sure where he's got the rears from.i got my front ones from esp designs!

my little gauge on the dash is quite regulary pinned on the 10mpg area its worth it tho for the noise from the induction kit after 4000;!!

is that all they are from a dealer,i bought one from ebay about 2 months ago,brand new and already sprayed(excellent match),and it was £70,inc p+p,which i thought was resonable!!

ive raced a 206 gti,the outcome wasnt good so i wouldnt do it,and my friend has a 180,also very fast raced that plenty of times,wasting my petrol really,lol!!

ive had 260 from 65 litres before,most ive had is about 350 miles,dont know if it makes much differene but its manual!

got it fixed the next morning,it was a plug/sensor on the bottom of the radiator,only cost me £20,main thing is that i didnt fry the engine,thanks for the advice tho;)

hello everyone, i need some advive asap please,recently i was parked up with the engine on for about 20 mins,when i noticed steam coming from the engine bay and the temp gauge was in the red,but i still had water in the rad and coolant resovoir.i have noticed the fans werent coming on. i took it to my local mechanic and he said the problem is with the fans,but he doesnt know what or where the electrical component,relay,fuse,etc is that needs to be changed,im taking it back tomorrow morning so any advice for him would help as i need it fixed asap,espcially where the thing is he needs to change,many thanks in advance :winky:

hello everyone, Just looking for some advice about removing the cat from a is200 and if anyone has done so,and if they have what were the results in relation to noise,power gains(if any),fuel consumption etc etc.I was thinking about taking it to powerflow to get the cat removed and get it flanged so it can be removed and put back on for mot's. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated,thanks.
