A binding brake can cause juddering through the wheels, it will heat up the disc, making it bigger so it catches the pads!

Had this prob a few months ago it was so bad i stopped the car one night as i thought a wheel was about to come off!

Well fjcfarrar, if someone cuts me up, pulls out on me or does not indicate when turning in front of me gets the horns!

Which i find the best way to indicate my feelings to them than driving after them forceing them to stop their car and drag them out the car and beat them around the head with a tyre iron!

So next time you get beeped just think how lucky you are!

If i get chance ill take a video of mine on the car and give them a quick BLAST!

I'v got the same horns on my IS200, i moved them out of sight, down behind front bumper!

Had to do a bit of wiring, as i think the stock horns were earthed through the body of the horn to the car body, and the hootaz's have 2 terminals!

First i mounted them to the car then made a earth wire that looped from one horn to the other then to car body for the earth, then did the same for the positive connection.

They work great, had them on for a few years now and had no probs, also when the girlfriends alarm goes off on her Celica it sounds crap towards my IS200 alarm lol.

My iphones on 4.0 and jailbroken, so dont want to update it if i can get away with it. Itouch is up to date so that works just fine.

The dock was connected to the grom cable but all i got was nasty feedback and it didn't charge at all!

I'v still got it in the garage somewhere so not given up on it yet (yet lol)!

Following this thread on another site also, i'v got in my IS200 an old grom kit which i use with my itouch and Iphone 3gs, i also have a Parrot handsfree kit installed.

When i have the Iphone connected to the grom kit the sound quality is as good as cd's, but since the Iphone os4 came out it does not work perfectly IE: cant change playlists up n down, but works just fine on itouch?

When the Iphone is connected and i get a call, the Iphone pauses the track and the parrot takes over, when the call ends the Iphone re-starts the track where it left off and away we go, job done. ;)

I'm working on this project at the mo, but the grom cable is not compatible with the apple docking station!!

You have to open the top (mines a top loading Cd player!) to reveal the cd's, and you will also see some white cogs, i just wound the cogs till the Cd's were free so they could be slid out the loading slot. I only had 2 stuck Cd's so didn't take too long.

I'v had the error3 on my stereo before, was just a stuck cd.

Had to remove all cd's and reset the cd trays inside by hand,(wind them back with the internal cogs) took a few goes but that seemed to do the trick!

If i was to spend that type of cash on a car, then i would get an after market alarm fitted with every upgrade possible!

Hit something hard last week and it ripped a hole in mine!!

Had a rattle in the car (is200) and what ever i did, hit apply pressure too i could'nt find what the hell it was till 2 days ago when due to it being sunny i opened the sun roof and it went away!

Found out that the wind deflector that pops up when the roofs open was banging when the roof was shut!

Old did of wiper blade rubber in the space did the trick..

When you say you pressed the cd button did you press it once or twice, it should change the display to cd1!

As Parthiban stated, i've used cheepo disc's and had one probs what so ever, i use nero to burn them (the slower burning speed the better!)

Welcome mate, i'v got bonnet struts now so dont need to use it now lol.

But it worked a charm for over 18months till i got the struts.
