I went there with a mate to get his 306 done; cant remember how much he paid but i think he got a good deal. Hey all, I've started to add a few bits and bobs to my IS, but one thing i wanted in particular was a TRD splitter for the front bumper. I've seen the goki style ones on ebay but i like the look of the TRD? style ones but i cant seem to find it anywhere for a good price. I dont mind if it needs painting but does anyone know where i could get hold of one??

you got 6 weeks mate loads of time to get it installed.. you may struggle to get the 15's in mate. the boot opening is only 14" so you would need to build the box in the car or have 2 VERY shallow box's lying flat.. If your around tomorrow, i will be at the w-ton branch tomorrow afternoon if you want a mini meet.. Oh, and MB quart all the way mate.. Mate id love to meet up but the only reason im in that area is cos my grandfather passed away last week so thers a lot of travelling back and forth. I jus popped in to the Walsall store to have a gander. Yh i figured its gonna be pretty difficult to have an install in an odd shaped boot like the IS. I have tried to see how i can arrange to two subs and the solution i can come up with is to have them lying at 55degree anglefacing each other. only thing is it gonna have to be a dodgy box cos of the wheel arches gettin in the way. It may well have to be jus the 1 15" but ill do my damndest to shove another one in there!!

lol . . . . its a shame really . . always wondered wot it wud be like to have a stalker . . and jus to clarify i will be attending but unfotunately my system isnt installed jus yet . . . but hopefully ill get it all sorted by then!! Im not as nuts as some ppl on ice but i will hopefully be runnin 2x 15" Hifonics Brutus subs 700w rms each pushed by 2x Hifonics titan 25th aniv amps. I got a Pioneer Dehp7900ub up front but i havent decided on the speakers yet . . . .may end up gettin MB quarts lol!! or maybe sum Audiobahns. But ill keep u updated on wot happens and if i need any advice! Lol i got another cuzn goin (if u havent guessed im indian by now i dunno wot will giv it away lol!) who is gonna be runnin a 15" MMATS Juggernaut . . . anybody who knows audio will know what those things do for you health . . .

Jus been to Wolverhampton/Walsall stores and saw a couple of guys who will be competing . . . there should be an SPL class and a Streetbass division goin on. I think (unfortunately) there will be no way on this earth a Lexus will even come close to winning any part of the competition apart from Best car in show!! :winky: Jus as an example my cuz reckons he may take part . . .he has sumat crazy . . .4x 15" HiFonics Brutus subs tuned to 28hz (in a Mondeo of all cars!) . . ear poppin stuff . . flexes shop windows when goin past on high street!! But will be a good day out regardless!

Yh the amp is defo working as the old HU worked fine and so does the Pioneer. Ill have another look at the rest of the wires on the back of the amp tomorrow. Im pretty sure Fargo can help sort it out anyway but thanks trying guys!

Hi All, Have recently bought the Satnav bypass module from Fargo - who has been excellent btw!. The only trouble is it doesnt seem to work in my car. the only thing i have changed is the OEM headunit for my pioneer using the Amp Bypass cable. Ive tried what Fargo has told me so far but to no avail. I have mailed him about this problem and i am currently waiting for his reply but i wanted to ask everyone else just in case ive missed something glaringly obvious! The Pioneer is already installed and working - its just the satnav screen is still blank with the module plugged in If anyone knows of anything that could help . . . ?

Its a Lexus is200 and the oil sponsor is Halfords!! LOL

Hi All, I am a complete newbie to the LOC and i need some help!! I have recently bought a IS200 SE with satnav and i want to install my Pioneer HU. I have been reading a lot of the advice on this forum prior to asking as i am still unsure of a few things and your help would be greatly appreciated! 1. I have bought the correct bypass lead and fascia from eBay, however i understand that the Satnav will not work without some other kit from Fargo? I personally do not care if the Satnav doesn't work. So would i be right in saying that if i install the bypass lead it will work fine with an aftermarket HU and the speakers will be fine at normal volumes? 2. If and when i am to sell the car will the satnav work if i replace the standard setup i.e OEM headunit and removing the bypass lead? 3. And just one more for future reference, is it relatively easy to install a full system i.e a monoblock amp to power a sub but not the speakers? Is there a guide for this specific question with pictures? And how have you guys managed to create a tuned box? Do you cut a hole in the area by the rear speakers or use the ski hatch behind the armrest? This is my first saloon car and is currently unknown territory!! LOL Many thanks for any help given!! P.s How much are these kits from Fargo? Just in case i decided to get one and is it easy to install?
