What springs and coilovers would you recommend???

i know there are really only two options springs or coilovers. What would people recommend lower springs or coilovers?? Also what coilovers and springs would you recommend?? I know alot of people who have used d2 on colts in the past and swear by them, are thry any good for 200s?? Gaz

Ok does anyone know where i can get a similar style to the ultralites that would fit?? Or any nice deep dish split rims (proper or lookalikes) Also i have been offered a set of 18s which are- et 48 18x8 front et 50 18x9 rear Would they fit Gary

Could be a number of wheels. BBS LMs, ultralite nurmburgs, dotz (dont know the name) Love that style of wheel thow that is what im going for on my 200

Could anyone please tell me the size of standard wheels please. I know they are 17s but 17 by what 17x?? Also whta is the wided wheels you can squeeze under archs without rolling them?? Im looking at a set of rota d1 fitment are 18x8 et 48 (Front) 18.9 (rear) will theser fit??? Gary

if you go to a place with good alignment machine they can work out how to set it up My mate was saying the machine they got at work you can have 3 diffrent settings- standard custom (you tell them) or modifided (this is where the machine asks vechile then how much lowered by and works out best settings) DOnt no how true this is or if works only what mate was saying from what i can remember

mine was not on my drive but messing round found colt outside misses home. Was confussing mate was his car was parked outside his house then also outside his work lol

Can you get away with 18x9 ET50 on the rear and 18x8 ET48 fronts. If so what tires will you need to run ??? (Would like wider on the rear then front lol) And will the arches need to be rolled or pulled?? Gaz

Yes thats the one. Dont know were i got it was a gen from lol. But the bodyshop i use good with fibre glass anyway so they will sort any inperfections out. (the guy which owns it resprayed my colt bumper again when one of his lads drilled the no plate holes in wrong place.) Gaz

Was on ebay mate., 250 quid plus 50 quid p/p for the whole kit Thinking gold badges to link with gold wheels Also can you get away with et36 on the front as want 8.5 front 9.5 rears. Gaz wont fit then mate i'm running 8" wide all round and mine sit level with the arches you would need to pull the arches out(not roll them)pull them 2 inches rear and 1 front. as for that kit its fiberglass not plastic like the propper kit you will be repairing it every other week... it did say genuine in the advert so i dont no he used to have the ones you linked to before them mate (that was the only pic i could find though) ok mate may drop him mesage find out wat size he had. Does anyone know any wheels same style that would fit??

can you retro-fit lex nav system in a not mav car???

I resentally brought an is200 and on friday it was deleivered. Still not driven it yet as waiting to sale my other car before can use it so sat on the drive, Hees some pics from the advert thow- Heres some photoshop pics my mate did for me. This is what i am hoping mine to look like soon. (ignore the redness) it has a full trd kit, ultralite wheels and one has carbon bonnet other does not. I ordered the full trd kit already off ebay already will be with me on wednesday. When i brought the car it had lacker crack on the bonnet adn front bumper was covered in stone chips so was getting that sorted and when it goes in for that they are going to spray kit and fitted it at same time of sorting bonnet and bumper out. Also i have ordered rear parking sensors for the car too. With regards to the wheels i dont know if they will fit because of the offset. Would like them in gold with staggered fitment but can spray them if fitment in other colour fit.) The other plans i have for the car is gold badge kit indution kit full exhaust system coilovers carbon bonnet and eye brows With regards to the ice i am going to uprate the speakers allround, tv in the headrests, and a nice sat nav unit up front. Then next year Ever a turbo or supercharger kit next year

ive used vcamskills in the past and never had a problem with thm And know alot of other people who have used them and had no problems

Hi mate What wheels are they???

Was looking at a set of ultralite very similar to the works wheels. Think they are lovly. Just dont know if they will fit. The link to fitment chart for them is on my 1st post could someone have a look and tell me if any of them would fit please Gary

Dont know if it iss possbile but could you not install after market cd player then run the audio out into the audio in on pack of standard head unit so you use after market one to play cds but using the standard one to disrobute the sound Gaz
