  1. 3PFT... is about £500 but i wouldn't dare do that. not after i was hit by a bus year before last!
  2. I know which ones your talking about, off ebay. They won't fit. I believe the later spec lights on the IS200 (with HIDs) were same as IS300 lights.
  3. Super super game, Del Piero... they should have got him on earlier :D The final should be a corka :D
  4. Thats odd they have gone Do you have chassis braces on the car?
  5. Apart from the normal things like coilovers, ARBs, chassis braces.. is something like boxed in rear control arms With alot of power you have to be concerned about flex!
  6. Someone said that on Radio 1 On monday :P
  7. Thats BS. Its a fallacy. Not all BB neglect cardio. In fact competitive BB are on par with their cardio to track atheletes in order to achieve single figure bodyfat levels. I train a few things and you would be mistaken to think my cardio is neglected. I am sweating because of my size and bulk more so. fair enough,, but still you cant deny the fact that BB's have small willies..... Not all of them Some of those pornstars in the states are pretty well hung haha no i'm not gay :P Pips not a pornstar is he?
  8. What no A/C at TDi Towers? Come on... Don't your customers pay you enough or something ? You can get a decent A/C portable unit for £150 from B&Q was very impressed with my mates. does his whole house upstairs, very chilled :D
  9. and i thought you were a hard bastaaard :P , i got me the hayfever, clarityn sorts that, out in the van (no a/c) all day running around fixing central HEATING boilers. am training the Arts tonight in a stuffy squash court. was training on sunday for 4 hours again in the arts with 30 others all sweating in an indoor basketball court..... think you need to loose some weight if your sweating just moving........fat boy.... Mate i bodybuild so the chances are that i am in better condition than yourself, your dog and your misses could ever be in this lifetime and at 15st 10lbs that is some weight to be in decent nick. This business about being a hard b@stard is perpetuated by you sniffing the mould on your radiators and boilers you install. You have nothing decent to say so why come in and call people? Sweating with 30 other men is your idea of bliss so why moan? now im no fisherman, but ive sureeee hooked you in :D as for having nothing decent to say,,,,,,,,,pot and black i say to you, go review some of your previous posts dear boy... :P on a serious note/discussion though its a known fact that majority of bodybuilders, whilst they cna pump more than the average joe, they often lack the stamina / cardio. oh and there were 4 birds also sweating.... hhahaahaha wicked :D Well, its just absolutley ****** it down here, roads were flooded, and my wipers stopped working in my Chevy, couldn't see jack for about 5 miles Grrrrrr I hate the heat, but hey i just drink lots of fluids :D
  10. Bloody helll Its so odd, my 19" tyres are worn on the extreme inner edge, almost the tyrewall itself, 90% of the remaining tread looks like its only done couple of thousand if that! Rear camber kits... when will they become available at resonable prices :(
  11. Can someone post a piccy of one fitted against the ordinary bulb? Worth seeing the difference
  12. with Tesco still.. paid 1300 when i first got it then 900 now 850
  13. Should the bold bits be the otherway around? I agree somewhat with what your saying, but everytime i add a mod, i find a new limit with that new addition. i.e. brakes, or suspension related... Same would apply to power mods, you will know the limit etc... However! applying them all in the correct manner will come with practice, or track days. I've never done a track day, yeh bloody shame un'all, but all those i know who have highly recommended it, you learn so much about your car and your abilitys as a driver. However, there are those who like the sensation of planting the throttle and being launched into warp speed! 300hp+ in a SXE10 chassis is probably going to play divident on your suspension parts... everything will need a second thought.. Or you could just get bullish and end up in the ditch DOH! Who cares though, its your car, your money do what ever floats your boat :D
  14. Not fitted mine yet, but if there not as bright as the normal ones i won't bother either, depends if its a considerable amount dimmer though
  15. England deserved to win that.. But i felt if it went to penaltys Ricardo would probably come back to haunt them, let alone Scalari! Now the inquest will begin, the if's... the but's... But Englands going home! :(
  16. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8718728501056290731 LMFAO Is that Aido?
  17. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEXUS-IS200-OR-ALTEZ...1QQcmdZViewItem Someone using piccy of his car to sell high level rear spoiler...

    Broken

Thanks buddy. Here's some piccys taken off from where i left it on page 4. All the Valves, Springs, collects in. Head skimmed. One clean block surface, be careful not to drop any swarf of debris in the oil and water ways, i recommend you use a vaccum cleaner at the same time when scraping off the old head gaskets sealant layer. Head gasket placed onto the engine block. Head carefully mated to the engine block, you will need someones help doing this! Unfortunatley, thereafter i didnt use the camera much. I will be torquing up the the cam pulleys to the camshaft tomorrow, so will do my best to add in some major pointers around the timing... Couple of pics here with larger injectors installed, however i have put the stock ones back in during running in period. Had the Fuel Rail polished along with the inlet plenum from a friend. Piccy of the oil and power steering coolers in place!

    Broken

Yup, very pleased, done most of it myself :) Labour charges would have been bloody stupid if i had given it in... Has cost little over £1k for parts alone and very close to 3 months of being off the road! things can only get better now :D

    Broken

Good news, it breaths :D Its very quiet and smooth on idle, although initially there was a cloud of blue smoke as it burned oil from the bores... although it continued for few mins till eventually it was much much less and then non :) Few niggles to sort out before i take it on a road test, but it runs which is Super! :D
  21. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...c=31755&hl= Read that.
