  1. I have a MY24 NX350H Takumi with the Mark Levinson system, which is great by the way. However, several times now when playing music loud (from any source), it randomly cuts out. No audio at all for Dab, BT, USB, screen beeps etc. Even resetting the system by pressing and holding the volume knob does not bring it back. The only way to restore audio is to turn the car off then back on, which is a pain when driving on the motorway etc. Has anyone else experienced this? There are no faults or errors indicated on the displays, no faults on the secret service menu either. Have contacted my Lexus dealer and car is booked in for later this month, but I fear that they won't find anything as it is an intermittent fault.
  2. Very strange, I picked up my NX350h Takumi 14th July and Remote Park works fine. Is it possible that my car is a MY24 and yours is not?
  3. This is available now, see my post:- https://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/topic/144213-my24-remote-park-operational/
  4. This is a detailed bulletin I have obtained that Lexus UK sent to dealerships. Note that it states that MY22 and MY24 are different wheel bolts !! and they refer to LWN locking wheel nuts by mistake. "The latest bulletin we got reads as follows RX, RZ and NX MY24 will continue to be delivered without LWN. Please ensure that you make your customers aware that the LWN will be supplied for later fitment. When discussing this with your customers, please mention the following: 1. We have released their vehicle so that they can make an informed decision on whether to wait for the LWN to be fitted (currently no ETA), or to take the car now. 2. Give customers confidence that Lexus vehicles utilise a layered approach to security and these other systems mitigate against the risk of wheel theft (e.g. tilt sensors). 3. Thatcham are aware of this temporary measure and will retain the current Group Ratings, including the “E” performance with insurers, so no anticipated impact. For NX, please do not try to fit the MY22 locking wheel nut to MY24 vehicles (Range Codes NP2 and NH9) as they are incompatible with a new factory wheel bolt design. LWN will be auto-issued to Centres as soon as we receive stock from the supplier."
  5. Just downloaded the new app, not had time to use it yet, but at least it is now out there!
  6. So glad reading this topic that things have started to move a lot quicker for those still waiting. Just one comment - it is well worth the wait, it's a great car to drive.
  7. Turned up at dealer this morning for 2nd key appointment only to be told they have none with no eta. So instead they have adjusted my wipers while I have a nice coffee and biscuits.
  8. Well my NX350h was booked in for next week for the 2nd keyfob programming but just had an email from them stating that supply has now been pushed back to Q1 2024 ! They also said no news on locking wheel bolts or the printed manuals. Come on Lexus, get a grip and sort it all out
  9. V 4.18.0 is the only version available on the Android play store and covers all models - UX, NX, RX, ES etc irrespective of hybrid or plug-in.
  10. Marinetraffic.com Register for an account, you don't need to pay but it helps to remember your 'fleet' Just enter the ship name in the search at the top.
  11. I emailed Lexus customer relations and they replied the next day with the ship name, not a problem for them at all. cr@lexus.co.uk
  12. I ordered mine, price fixed, last year in September, so may have price increase since.
  13. Thanks for all your comments, I will contact my dealership and let you all know the outcome.
  14. I know I could do it myself, have the tools and knowledge etc, used to do all my own car maintenance years ago, brakes, clutch, cylinder heads, engine swaps etc. But now I leave it all to Lexus, luckily for me I live 4 miles from one dealership and I work 2 miles from another.
  15. I used to do that myself in the 80's when I had a mini ! I will call my Lexus dealer and see if they can sort it.
  16. Ok, so went out in the heavy rain today and wipers were working hard. I noticed that when they swipe to the far right, they are about 3 inches (75 mm for the younger ones) short of the drivers pillar (as per video) which would create a wide no clearing zone if the windscreen was very dirty / mud / snow / ice etc So is this normal on the new NX? Has anyone else noticed this? 20230805_140656.mp4
  17. When I collected my Nx350h Takumi 3 weeks ago I also asked about the card key and was told that because it was a 2024 model with the UWB (ultra wide band) key security features, the card key is no longer compatible with the system and has been withdrawn. The brochure/ website has not been updated as yet. I also pointed out that my car had only the drivers side door mirror with the auto dimming function even though the brochure/ website states 'door mirrors' meaning both, was told that was a mistake as no new lexus has passenger door mirror auto dimming.
  18. Yes, I had the F & R 380gwx fitted, very neat units and installation. I paid £375 all in, Lexus dealer supplied and fitted before I collected the car.
  19. Arrrgghh ! I had this pop up for the first time this morning, entered pw and ok.
  20. My dealer booked me in for 2nd fob even though I have not had the letter as yet. Only picked up my NX350h 2 weeks ago.
  21. Does anyone know at what cost? And how you actually go about it?
  22. RE: trips not being reported on the app. So, on Thursday I did 6 trips, Friday I did 5 trips, Saturday I did 5 trips. All of the trips were correctly reported bar one, and I think I know why. All of the correctly reported trips involved me first unlocking the car, start, drive, stop. The unlock, start, drive sequence is obviously the start of trip sequence. The stop executes the end of trip which is then sent to the servers, not the locking of the car. My one trip not reported happened like this:- I drove to pick up my good wife, so it was unlock, drive, stop in the car park. The car was off, I was still in the car, it was not locked. The journey to the car park was correctly reported. My good wife then got in the unlocked car with me, then it was start and drive home, stop and lock. This drive home trip was not reported on the app. I can only assume that the car did not start a new trip (home) as the car was still unlocked from the trip to the car park, and that the car requires the full unlock, drive, stop sequence to register a trip. I could be wrong about this, but that was the only difference on this trip compared to the other 15 reported trips on those days. Anyone else experienced this?
