  1. Hello all Found I have a slow puncture on the rear passenger side, very annoying! Have bridgestones all round Just wondered where you guys get your tyres from, best deal etc? I wonder if it can be fixed?
  2. You will get MY08 card on 10 plates etc as the dealers had them hanging around, so there is some cross over reg wise, just look for the blue steering wheel and DAB button to be sure
  3. I thought it went MY08 original - electronic diff MY11 - (2010 reg on) - LsD, blue steering wheel, DAB, HDD, Spider Alloys option, UsBlue option MY12 - as MY11 but with DRL and suspension tweaks and one dial centre dash Mine is a May2010, has spider alloys, blue steering wheel, DAB, HDD, and definitely has LSD, even though dealer told may they spoke to Japan and it didn't Dealers know nothing!
  4. On the basis of this then, I wonder what mine is worth? I never see one the same spec for sale, so I have always wondered? It's a 2010 reg MY11 car with LSD, DaB and later spec spider alloys and blue patch steering wheel, so the second gen if you like. It has 47k on the clock and is Arctic pearl white. Any guesses?
  5. Should have probably said MY2011 model, rather than 2010 model, but you guys in the know get what I mean ;0)
  6. I have a 2010 upgrade model with new LSD and DAB etc, later alloys too. Only paid £28k in Jan 2013 and most similar to mine are up for £27-30k. I know selling privately I will lose some, but not as much as I thought!! Love this car!
  7. I still think they will It would be stupid not too!!
  8. I do 10k per year, one car family and its used for everything. To be honest I feel guilty as I would rather wrap it in cotton wool in the garage and have an XC90 or something to batter around in the week. Maybe next year.
  9. For me it would be a GTR above anything else if I was in your position and had 2 cars, a fun one and a kid hauler. Nothing else would do. The only reason I bought the F was because the GTR was not practical for a one car family. Plus ownership costs are daylight robbery. When we get a 4x4 I will get one though. RS5 was an idea and I like the 4wd, but although they are meant to be, they dont feel fast or special enough for me, although I do like them. Prefer the RS Avant variants or the RS7 personally. Would a Panamera Turbo S be £30k by then? Love those! Outside of the box option, what about the new Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge that is coming out, that may be £30k by then. GTR Engine and running gear with refine ment and luxury. God knows what it is going to be like though......
  10. Sorry to hear that Stu :0( Could have been worse, but still a sh*tter!!
  11. I tried this with mine and it doesn't work, any ideas how to set it up?
  12. I would go with what others say No real difference to justify the huge outlay. Agree you should weight for RCF or new IS-F
  13. Nice car looks like mine! Can't tell if you have the 2010 spider web alloys in those pics, if it does then we will have twins! I get mine serviced at Edgeware, where are you based? Welcome to the forum!
  14. There is an orange TT in California with 600 BHP. This engine isn't sutible for FI though, it must cost a fortune for a rebuild to make it strong enough.
  15. Yep!Got a 2010 White one, had it since Jan 2013 now. Need to update the profile! Which White Glenn? Pearlescent or flat?Must admit I love the pearlescent white ones. :) Might be the only car I would swap mine for! ;) Would get a newer one with less miles if I do ever change. Hopefully you can do a few meets with the rest of us Essex, Kent, Londoners! :) Cheers. Pete Mines the Pearl White. To be honest I didn't realise there were two types of white? It also has the spider web style alloys. I'm in Barnet, so definitely looking to get to a meet up soon!
  16. Yep! Got a 2010 White one, had it since Jan 2013 now. Need to update the profile!
  17. The 2006-2009 RS4 is not as quick as the F in standard form, and the estate would definitely not be. New one would be though obviously!! RS5 wasn't much cop of the lights the other day either ;0) so much for 4wd traction! Probably the driver!
  18. I do wonder about other drivers sometimes! AnywY, not one of those cars mentioned would be a match to the beast, bar the Aston depending on which one it is I suppose
  19. Isn't it best to have the same tread pattern front and rear, I though mix and match tyres was a big no no on RWD cars? Car looks awesome though mate!
  20. To be honest, I think the Work style alloys that come on the US 13/14 spec Fs were the nicest, shame they didn't hit these shores.
  21. Yep I have these later alloys on my F and they are lovely in the flesh!
  22. Wow looks great Stu! I will definitely be heading down there for a similar service once the house work and new baby have stopped draining the coffers!
  23. If you keep offering these open days Peter you will end up with a street full of F's ;0) I will certainly be popping down with bulbs a plenty for you to install! Would be a good excuse for a meet actually, quite the group of us on here now and this section of the site has become more active in recent months which is great! Gonna have to take you up on some US deliveries soon too. You certainly will love the Hawks too, I find them superior to OEM.
  24. Sounds great Stu! I need a similar amount of work done on mine. Let me know how it turns out and what they charged you and I will probably be your first referral! Where are they based?
