    Thanks for your reply. I havent noticed any change in fuel cosumption. Its still the same. Its drives the same nice and quiet. But i dont know if the guy at Lexus was trying to make me spend my money but he did say the worse that will happen is the car will sound louder and louder.

    Hi guys I hope someone can help me. I have a 2001 Lexus ls430. The EML came on last week. I took it to lexus main dealers and they diagnosed it as a faulty vacuum switching valve. The part costs £62, but the labour cost is just over £600. The car drives fine without any problems, but i want this thing sorted out. Is this a common fault on the ls430 and is it a very hard job to do?? Thanks
