  1. Wish I'd taken them off my 200 that got written off. Never even thought about it
  2. Because I'm useless at this kind of thing. Lol
  3. Ps: I'd obviously pay for someone's time. And I'd travel of course. Just not too far :-)
  4. I don't suppose there is anyone close to Reigate Surrey who could do the conversion for me so all lighting works. (light, brake and fog) Cheers
  5. Another strange one from me, hope someone can help with this one One evening after driving home from seeing my dad at hospital, I parked up at home, and locked my car. The next morning, my boot was wide open and my football stuff had been taken from the back (when I got home the previous night, I didn't go in the boot, and on the entire drive home, it didn't beep or flash that the boot was open.) Then again this afternoon, as I was driving home from work, it started beeping and the light came on saying boot was open. And again, when I left the car park, I hadn't been in the boot. Anyone know of any reason this could be happening Thanks Scott
  6. Hi guys, quick question A couple of times now when driving (2003 IS300), a beep has come through the speakers, and I've looked at the stereo, and it's said 'Alarm' Any ideas what it is? Cheers
  7. My old is200 before it was written off, I bought with 42,000 on the clock, 118,000 when it was murdered. Had it 8 years. No real problems at all in that time! Hence why I then bought the 300
  8. Wish I'd taken out the ones I had in my IS200 that got written off. D'oh
  9. Anyone bought the k&n panel filter? Better or worse than the apex does anyone know?
  10. Nothing special but looking much better with the aeros on
  11. My is300 that I got off ebay (03 plate)?was £3000 with 47500 miles on the clock. And that was on eBay for quite a while. The guy I got it from wasn't getting many offers he said. He originally was trying to sell for £4000 but no interest at all
  12. I don't go for winter tyres, but wasn't it a few years back, we had a bucket load of snow in April?
  13. Yay got some aeros now. Just got to put them on
  14. I may buy a square number plate for the back though. What do people think of them on the front?
  15. More than likely leave this one as standard. Unless something pops up cheap and I can't resist. Will get round to changing signature And avatar maybe tomorrow
  16. I thought it was a great price when compared to others of other ages/mileages/specs
  17. Yea hoping to take some tomorrow as it was getting dark when I got home. He got offered 2800 on the final day of the listing but declined it. Brilliant condition inside too. Smells new still! Only a 20min drive from me so didn't have to travel far. Was a really nice guy too!
  18. 3k Was the lowest he'd take. But I'm happy with that. Happy he didn't sell it as I've been waiting ages for insurance company to up the settlement fee for my 200. Thought it would have sold quicker
  19. So I've taken the plunge and got the 300. Time will tell if I notice much difference in fuel. 47,500 miles on the clock which I'm very happy with
  20. Thanks guys. Helps a lot. Have test driven one, but didn't get a chance to open it up at as was on some unfamiliar country roads. May go for another drive though
  21. Had the same with mine too in the cold months. I always assumed it was a condensation thing seeing as it was never a problem in warmer weather.
