Buy one, buy one now! I bought an '07 250 auto 2 months ago and I'm truly truly impressed. It's the SE-L with Mark Levison hardware and multimedia pack... It's the dogs danglies! The auto box is pretty damn smooth and mpg as mentioned is in the early 30's if you're not thrashing it. It's a pretty heavy motor, just over 2 ton... And it feels very solid. I honestly thought the sat nav and reverse camera were just an added bonus, however I use both every day without fail and am SO glad I grabbed the SE-L when I did. The SE-L also has the Xenon lights along with other upgrades so well worth it... And will make it easier to sell on I would guess. Oh, mine has 92k on the clock with full lexus history and it drives like it's been sat in a showroom since new... It really does feel that good! Just to note, my last couple of cars have been a Mercedes C class and Jaguar x-type... Neither felt as good to drive or own.... So.. As I said... Go buy one! ;-)

Thanks for all the info, much appreciated. I've ordered the k&n filter to see what I think. I was contemplating buying from a US website but was unsure which would be better. Any chance you could post the link? I'm still unsure what Lowering springs to get... But will have a search on here and maybe still a specific post up too. Cheers

I'm pretty sure the LED sidelights are not road legal so would fail an mot, however I know a lot of folk with them fitted and not had any issues so I guess it's down to taking that decision.

Hello all, Just getting together my mod list and wondered if anyone had any relevant experience or advice on the list: 1) K&N Typhoon Intake - eBay £212 2) Rear 20% Window Tinting - done locally 3) Rear boot & roof spoiler - eBay £149 painted 4) Rear diffuser - no idea where 5) Front lip - no idea where 6) Resonator Delete - heard this is good with stainless exhaust 7) Full Stainless Steel exhaust system 8) 18" / 19" alloys 9) Po-40 auto mirror box - £50 delivered 10) LED interior lights - eBay £22 11) LED sidelights - eBay £20 12) Spring Lowering kit - still looking for what the best kit would be. Eibach for £230 or the cheaper H&R off eBay at £170 That's about it! Any thoughts? Cheers

Hello all, Thought I best introduce myself! Had my first Lexus about 6 weeks now, IS250 SE-L Auto in Obsidian Black 2007....abd I bloody love it! I came from owning a Jag to this car and the Jag has nothing on it! Such a special motor! I'm in my mid 30's but still like to mod my cars... Not too much, just to make it my own... Still planning what to change... I have a long list but I reality it's a bloody lovely car as it is! I'm sure I'll be asking questions soon! Merry Boxing Day ;-)
