  1. I've still got a kit in the bag, never fitted. Don't own the car anymore. PM me and happy to sort something with you.
  2. I have gone through a few dash cams....all pretty good, cheap and not so cheap... Having one is better than not in my opinion. Re the warning signs, as long as it's for personal use then no signs are required. If it's related to commercial, such as office buildings or a taxi then notification is required by way of clear warning signs
  3. No mate, not at all. I spent a good while (months!) working out the best fit for the wheels, taking into account rim width, offset and tyre profile! The result is pretty damn wide rears with clean lines all with no rubbing and no spacers.
  4. It took me months to find the front lip painted and shipped....just had a quick look and can't find it on eBay. I'm sure they are out there....remember to search for 'lip' in worldwide rather than splitter or spoiler as in the states/Taiwan they refer to them as lips. I will look for the inner surround job, I like the sound of that! Yes, 19" rims, yes, lowered on Eibach Pro springs. Most are shocked on how damn comfy it still is...even with 30 front and 35 rear profile tyres too!
  5. Damn you, damn you...I now am thinking I should go quads...lol I had a full stainless fitted end of last year and I don't like the backboxes...so...change those and get quads is a possibility! hmmmmm! Which spoiler are you talking about? The boot spoiler? In fact, the boot/roof and front lip all came from the same place....a company based in Taiwan. They sell on eBay...I have just had a quick look and cannot find them at the moment, however this is the same for the rear boot & roof I have: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PAINTED-LEXUS-IS250-SPOILER-NEW-IS350-REAR-F-TYPE-BOOT-TRUNK-ROOF-WING-COMBO-/251864054500?hash=item3aa4447ae4
  6. Taiwan! Fully painted (matches perfectly)...cost including shipping/import fees was less that £200 if I remember correctly.
  7. Yes, hydro is a great way! Hydro cost is £175 all in. Front splitter, most certainly...
  8. Funnily enough... I'm just organising to send it off to get a matte black carbon hydro dip done... Hopefully will all be worth it! Lol
  9. I got mine from eBay US seller. Cost around £250 Inc shipping if I remember correctly. The US spec IS250 ones are the 1" rear / 1.4" front. I'll try to dig out where I got mine from. The AFS blink issue will only happen if the dogleg sensor arm on the n/s rear is misaligned. Most taken it off then not put it back on correctly. There's a good few pictures to show how it is meant to be... As long as you or the fitter is aware it's not an issue at all.
  10. Forgot to add, I'm on 19" rims so keeping oem will add to the comfort too due to the larger tyre profile, you'll have no issues! If you're near the Isle of Wight I'd show you lol
  11. Yeah, I think a few have bud. I have the Eibach Pros, US spec. I went in a few 250's with different springs. Thought the H&R were too hard for a 30mm all round drop. The ones I have give a little more and in all honesty there's very little comfort difference, only really felt when going over speed bumps! The look of the car is transformed after its dropped a little... Go do it!
  12. Well....with no replies I am guessing there are not many UK IS250 owners that have added a diffuser I have just received the diffuser in the post. Just bare plastic. Now I need to decide whether to get it sprayed body colour and fitted or...just stick it in the shed like I did the side skirts!!! Here's what it looks like just perched on the back...... It's an evil car so it fits with the look...but unsure if I will regret it! I am not feeling too well at the mo due to a damn bug so it might just be my attitude!! Anyone got any thoughts? If anyone does decide to get one just to let you know....it will need quite a bit of work to get it to fit. A good bodyshop would be your best bet as the moulding is off!
  13. I've just ordered a rear diffuser (fin) for my 250...it's taken over a year of ownership and modifications to take the plunge! Has anyone got any advice on fitting?
  14. Cheers for the info. I'm just waiting to get them checked out to see if needed.
  15. Did you get this sorted? That code looks like it's the MAF sensor. It mentions a short circuit. I'd check the sensor, unplug and clean it, check wiring.
  16. Hello all, Can anyone confirm the benefits of fitting the camber kit on my lowered (front 40mm) '07 250? Ive seen no tyre wear so far, so really wondering if it's needed or not.
  17. Old thread coming back to life.... I have had the US spec Eibach Pro Lowering Springs on my 07 250 for a good few months now... I've seen no change in tyre wear. Just wondering what other things I should be looking out for? I'm thinking of getting the SPC Camber kit but trying to find the benefits....
  18. It depends if it's got the multimedia add on I think. Sat nav etc. I could be wrong though. Even if you have Bluetooth it will only be voice... So no audio streaming if you want that.... Lexus came to that game very late! You could do the Parrot or the Blackberry gateway routes. Both will allow voice / music streaming Great cars... Welcome back to sanity ;-)
  19. This is the seller I've used twice: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=330687782239
  20. 19-22 mpg here on the lovely Isle of Wight! I do have a heavy right foot and it's a tad modified... But it still makes me grimace! Lol
  21. Yes, they are legal, however I'm unsure they are worth it. I bought some £20 6000k 18 months ago and one just went, I bought another pair and just installed one... Working perfectly. I know the done thing is to install a pair however the bulb colour and beam length are identical. If one goes in a year then I'll just stick the other in. The lifespan of the 4300 philips oem ones are around 8-10 years.... So, £200 for 10 years equates obviously to £20 per year but... Buying the cheaper ones equates to half that cost and spreads the cost too. The bulb build quality is great and he light spread is spot on.
  22. If you mean the Eibach Pro US spec, no, a couple of members including me had to get them imported from the states... The total cost was around £250 ish iirc
  23. The increased drop on the front is due to the standard setup, there's a larger gap on the front. So a US spec can give a cleaner look on front and rear gap.
  24. I don't think there's such a thing as the H&R US spec... Someone might tell me different mind you. The US spec is for the Eibach Pro which are 1.5" Front and 1" Rear. The H&R springs are 30mm all round
