    I would try disconnecting the negative terminal off the battery for sure. You will just have to reset the windows clock and memory seats. That's it.

    I would suspect it is a faulty amplifier. 1 check the fuse if that's ok disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and reconnect. If still no luck get a auto electrician to check it out for you.

    Do you have 18" tyres? I know someone who is selling a mint set but they are with nearly new 6mm Bridgestone tyres @£1200.

    I don't know anyone at Nottingham sorry. You get a blank USB stick as the key is a one time use only. They should have 2013-14 ver 2 preloaded on a hdd update tool and the USB is a licence key which allows it to be uploaded onto 1 car. Takes about 90 mins to upload.

    Does anyone else still have problems with the C upgrade installed? Bridgy i would suggest doing fresh bluetooth installs on both the phone and the ipod. Delete Lexus from both devices and the car connections and start fresh.

    It can't be locked out. It does work DJP managed it ok yesterday. Yes the menu button in front off the mouse. Press and hold this after ignition is on. Then toggle the light switch off auto off auto off auto then the menu will appear on the nav screen.

    To find out which version you are running: Car ignition on Hold menu button Headlamp switch off - auto 3 times You should now be in the service menu Click service information Then version information Then EMV-M push Latest program version is VC03101C Hope this helps

    It should only be £160ish?!?? You just plug in the update tool for approx 1 hour for it to upload....nothing needs to be removed. Which dealer told you this?

    Ever since I had the 2013-14 version 2 installed I haven't had any problems. The 2 I did have was the favourite contacts deleting and having to reconnect my iPod via USB as it wouldn't always recognise it was connected.

    If it does you have to have the hand brake on to view the image otherwise you will only get the sound.
