You can re route the wiring loom that goes to the horns.Now i,ve had my Catloc fitted i will be doing this also.

Its just a straight plug in and play.Easily done as stated previously.

I haven,t no.I guess the fitter was worried about clearance from the silencer which is about an inch.It doesn,t look that bad in daylight.

The dealer i went to on Wednesday when i had mine fitted told me that they also had a few Toyota Auris cats stolen overnight.They also are a Toyota/Lexus dealership.

That does look different to the way mine has been fitted.

At the rear its a 1 inch clearance from the centre silencer which is about right i guess?

They.d have a hard job removing the dealer Catloc one.

Lexus quoted me £170 for the update a while ago and can only be done by them apparently.Even after the maps would still be out of date.Mines a 2011 so i haven,t bothered but the facelift later models can be done much easier.

Just taken out a 2 year warranty on mine when they were doing 2 years for the price of 1 plus 2 free MOT,s and 2 years AA cover.

Hi everyone i just had the Catloc fitted by the Lexus dealer.To me it looks like its mounted too low and slopes down at the back end(possible silencer clearance?)

If anyone has had a dealer fitted Catloc please could you post a photo of yours fitted so i can get a comparison.

Nothing noticeable from it that was different to mine.
The only thing was it was very sluggish in Normal mode but it had only done 120 miles.

I always use injector cleaner in mine on every other fill up. I’ve never had this problem (108K).

Understandable.
Not interested in US mods but can be anything that’s done from standard such as:
Pre facelift upgrades to facelift and any accessories fitted,wheels,trim,head units etc.

One thing I never liked on my 2011 was the Chrome gearknob.

So I changed it to the later facelift one. Looks much better now.

This is the only Mod that I’ve done to it.

What has everyone done to there’s. Would be interesting to know.

I had an awful experience with them. Felt a little sorry for the salesman but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Although he hasn't confirmed it's them.
