  5. Welcome to the club ! Rx thirsty? IS is also fairly thirsty as a daily
  6. Pretty sure this is the same radiator just without the rebranding, saves you £30 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120642619760
  7. F1 restorer (from eBay) also works very well and is less than £10 a bottle, I just used paint sealer after polishing the lights and its worked great
  8. Recently fitted meister r zeta crd coilovers and would highly recommend them, I've used bc racing and teins in the past and to me these are far superior for daily use, quality is top notch and fitment spot on, is you roll towards the softer settings they are very comfortable and composed my Mrs hates firm suspension but has yet to complain!! Turn the dial to the harder side and they are great for a track setup! They are slightly more expensive than the basic teins but then they come with top mounts where as the cheaper ones do not, I've had some bad experiences with bc plus the ride was harsh in my opinion so I wouldn't go for them again. Hope it helps
  9. Another member had similar issues, ended up was the bolt that goes into the slider was loose causing it to move, worth checking over any aspect of you're brakes to rule out the problem
  10. 6k replacing tyres is a costly exercise! But it is all to do with the geometry set up, I've yet to do it on my new one but my old is had no problems at all with excessive tyre eating, is you're inner wear even on both tyres I'm guessing so? Sounds like you have serious negative camber on the front, and this can be adjusted regardless of what he dealer say. Hope you get it resolved and let us know what happens
  11. inspected that when installing the coilers, but could be possible although i would expect noise/pitch would change as speed changes, but it comes in at particular revs then disappears, just thinking this sound has only come since i remove air intake resonater pipe and sealed up the hole.... so if anyone was interested in doing that mod can assure you won't feel any improvement at all but may gain this very very tiny increase in noise
  12. The only ones I seem to find available are the ultra racing ones, ideally a trd or cusco would be nice, but if it does the same job happy days plus it's much cheaper...
  13. Had the window fully down and noticed when pulling up from low revs 1000-2500rmp there's a growling rumble similar to a blowing exhaust sound but exhaust is fine no leaks... It's strange doesn't judder or effect anything else just wondering if anyone had noticed this before or has any experience on this mystery sound
  14. Even tyre wear, too many burnouts perhaps haha....
  15. Thanks now installed coilovers, and quick detailing session, lights buffed up too, anti roll bars next on the list
  16. Hello and welcome to the club!
  17. I'm not sure which fuse is allocated for the central locking but it's worth checking any fuses that could be related to its function in both of the footwell fuse boxes, it's a long shot but always eliminate with the easier solutions first
  18. Doesn't seem there is a guide on here but the you can use this as reference http://my.is/forums/f67/is300-coil-spring-install-341238/#/forumsite/20675/topics/341238?page=1
  19. Hey mate you don't need a spring compressor as you don't need to remove the springs, it's a really easy job providing you have the right tools and the tools that are needed are only pretty much standard workshop equipment, there's a good guide on here if you search it up. Shouldn't take you any longer than a couple of hours max providing the bolts aren't too rusty and seized!
  20. Checked all fuses? Have you got another key fob?
  21. Sounds exciting mate! I'm slowly getting mine drift ready, starting with the handling, look forward to seeing you're updates

    Trd / tte kit

A long shot but... I'm After the front splitter, side skirts and rear valance any colour. thanks
  23. Any updates on this, I think a dedicated build thread section would be great! Most forums I've been on had a garage section where you could create your own thread so you can update the progress of you're car, must be a lot of owners that would like to share there work.
  24. Welcome to the club, any plans for it? Any pics?
  25. Can anyone recommend a decent place to go for tracking as il need mine doing soon ( in the north east Durham / Newcastle area ) plan is to use the WIM specs thanks
