We've all seen the often published pictures of the Marked Humberside Police isF car, well I was talking to a friend tonight who is a retired Wiltshire Police Drriving instructor, he sent m a picture of a black isF the traffic department had on their strength, the picture was taken at Castle Combe circuit on a public event day on 28th July 2008. Now we are unable to make out the reg number and he can't remember what it was or what happened to the car but they still had it in 2010 when he retired. Thats him driving it around the circuit in the picture it's the only he has of it unfortunately. But the above date is written the back. Big Rat

@FTBBCVoodoo Lee this is the problem with these comparisons, my Porsche 996 Tubo had almost the exact bhp as an Isf and I accept the is a fair weight disparity but I've realised after long long experience it matters not a jot the Isf would not know which way the 996 went on a wet winding road, until such time the Isf caught up with it when something yet again had gone wrong with it. Except the engine that is which is almost bullit proof. And this can be said about many many others from Audi or BMW or Mercedes or whoever almost guaranteed reliability is something of a holy grail in car choice - especially in a performance car. Look who Lotus chose for engines after the k series and so on Toyota I wonder why 😏 🐀
