There may be exceptions but it's not uncommon. If a customer asks us to fit a part they've supplied we just like to make sure they understand that we can't guarantee the part for them.

As mentioned the fusible link is extremely susceptible to damage when the Battery terminals have been reversed.
If you would like a brand new genuine Lexus replacement they are £109.03 on our website here. Postage is £5.99 to UK Mainland and it could be with you in two working days if ordered before 4pm Monday - Friday.
It comes as an assembly incorporated into the fuse block so it's a fairly simple process to replace it.

With the CT the boot open/closed sensor is incorporated into the lock assembly.
If you would like a new lock we can supply one for £88.61 + Postage. I've added it to our website here if you would like to purchase it.

The plus pack is only relevant to model year 19 cars onwards:
The Plus Pack adds stylish 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels which accentuate the sporty look of the sharp-edged exterior. In the case of our test car, the body was dressed in an eye-catching Solar Flare Orange colour. On the inside, the Plus Pack sees the introduction of semi-aniline leather upholstery, front-seat ventilation (ideal for a hot day) and leather-clad F-style steering wheel with an integrated heater for cold wintry morning starts. The audio package is also upgraded to a bespoke 17-speaker Mark Levinson premium hi-fi system, which includes large speakers in the doors and one at the foot of the rear windscreen.

Tim is correct, both models share a great deal of parts, the discs among them.
Front right = 43512-0W100 Front Left = 43516-0W020
We sell the front pair as a set here at £242.39.
Rear Right = 42431-0W050 Rear Left = 42432-0W010
We also have the rear pair as a set, they are on the website here at £258.19.
