Guys ...he replaced the plugs ............... then this behaviour starts .................. check plugs and wiring to coils etc ....................simples !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think until he eliminates the plugs and coils from the equation it is not necessary to complicate matters . It s definitely a misfire on one or more cylinders .

Shes only firing on 3 or even 2 ............. revisit the plugs and coil leads etc .......... even may have had a bad plug or 2 . Were they ebay fakes ? I would put old plugs back in for a test .

Cooled seats were standard on SE-L only .You can see on the photos its not on the rotary dial . Adaptive Cruise with crash Mitigation was an extra on all models

the photos show the seat heating but no cooling . Its a Sport Model ............................It says so on the advert !

They didnt have the wooden swheel on the SE-L after 2008 to my knowledge and this one hasnt got cooled seats . probably Se . Dont forget in ireland they just had 2 types .basic and ex ........... I thought you had rued out cause of price restraints?

Getting the glass to pop without breaking it is key ........... you need trim plastic tool or similar . search for it on google . I think someone on a forum has a how to .

you should try getting a spray tube nozzle in behind the glass ans spray silicon lubricant in there .........its worth a try .You could dismantle and clean and lubricate if you are handy ?

may I enquire whats wrong with your one , as these can be fixed

mine dont have rim protection , but as for the tyre ..................i will now not use anything else .........superb tyre both summer and winter !

Even last summer when I bought.............. the book retail value as quoted by auto trader was 2-3 grand below what the cars at that time were going for . The market dictates the price , not the evaluation within the trade . I rarely look at the " bluebook" price because you would never buy one if you expect to get it at those figures . I really don't know what they base it on . Not one of the cars last year were any where near their evaluation ........

Always was Declan ........... the cost of my IS250 EX Auto in 2006 was to be €61,800 in Mahonys .I had moved to the north by the time it was built . I still bought the car but they put ZZ plates on it and 24hr insurance and I was able to take it to the north where I had just moved . I paid €30200 for the car and then had to pay northern VAT (around £3600) and registration here (£38). Si in all I paid around €36,000 for her . VRT has always been a rip off

I should think that most fault finding guys these days do not want to bother with intermittent faults as they can take days /weeks/ never to locate without going back to basics . Most diagnosticians are lost without their fault codes etc and just want the easy jobs that they can trace easily . I cant blame them . Intermittent faults can be a pig , and wont show when you want them to . Techstream is a great tool but you need experience as well . In the modern world this is becoming hard to find . ! PS:- What is your intermittent fault ?

If you are anything like me 10 hours straight driving ,my motorcycle past starts catching up with my rear and legs . The Honda I can drive that distance without and discomfort or cramps , despite the leather seats maybe not looking or feeling as plush as the various Lexi . ....................say no more !

Unlike Bob , i would not buy an import even for cosmetic reasons . The different sat nav ,spec ,radio,Decals, speedo etc on the buttons and mini player all would be a disadvantage from my prospective .Colour is only a secondary consideration for me . I don't buy a car for others to admire . I buy to sit in it and enjoy the mechanical properties and ambience .and go for spins to nice places . My silver car would not have been my first choice , but its nice . I might respray it this year to my favourite Honda moonrock just as a project and because I can . Enjoying your car takes many different forms and everybody's opinion are valid . Hope you enjoy yours when you get it !
