  1. I got my Wald kit from http://www.cksperformance.com in Watford. But you might as well just get one from Japan probs cheaper tbh.
  2. I actually have the Lexus OEM parking sensors that where only available for Japanese market. You could no doubt buy them from Japan but their nothing special. I dont think anyone bothers installing them TBH as for the effort you might as well do the reversing camera, which alot of the US folks do.
  3. 1. - put shifter on N, screw off shifter - open up center console - pull the whole heated seat module straight up, it will come up. disconnect - you will be able to pull up the "back" part of the shift plate area (close to center console) - once it's up, the only point holding it are two clips right below the radio - pull the shift plate towards the back of the car and a bit angle up. jiggle a bit and it will come off - once it's out, you will see the TPS unit right below the radio - unplug BOTH plugs, one small on the right and one bigger one on the left - put everything back and enjoy 2. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TRUNK-LIFT-SUPPORTS-STRUTS-2002-2003-2004-LEXUS-SC430-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem27b1db17bfQQitemZ170487650239QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories 5 minute job 3. Any aftermarket ones will work or you can install a camera hooked up to the nav screen 4. Yes, Im pretty sure the harness you need is mentioned on here if you search
  4. Very surprised your insurance co. want a tracker. Ive had mine insured with a number of companies over the last 7 years no problem. Unless you want a tracker I would get it insured elsewhere.

tbh nothing much goes wrong. Check the boot struts but there cheap on ebay, engine mounts, earlier radios had amp problem, cambelt should be changed. Thats about it.
  6. I will try and find the invoice as cant remember. I was going to roll it at first, but after a few hundred miles it was ok. A little bit of wearing down the plastic linner naturally and also taking out the wing weather strip where it meets the linner. If the backseat could fit humans would probs. need it though.
  7. Have you seen this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=250571904451
  8. Yes, I had the geometry done twice at TDI as I changed the wheels and dropped it some more. Even have a pic the first time they did it :)
  9. That looks good, mines getting pretty grubby.
  10. Have a read through their FAQ. http://www.ststurbo.com/f_a_q_ All the cars fitted with remote turbos seem to have happy owners like the Corvette on Jay lenos site http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/at-the-garag.../smokin-vettes/
  11. Very cool rear mounted turbos make alot of sense, Did'nt say what fuel management he was running though.
  12. Only non lexians will ever buy one, at that price anyone who buys it would never have owned a Lexus before :winky:
  13. Nothing like a V8 rumble. I did the headers after that so has a bit more rumble now ;)
  14. Nice enjoy, be a few months before you get her top off though
  15. Wow bit of a bargain , is that the whole lot wings and fogs. Sounds very cheap. 307,000.00 JPY = 2,154.71 GBP Once the Queen gets her cut £2.5 ish. Post pics when its fitted mate :D
  16. Oh yeah white was never a colour in the UK, there are some here but all imports.
  17. I like the white, shows the lines more clearly then darker colours specially with a kit. Earlier this year was thinking about having mine wrapped in white but decided not to as vinyl would never give me the reflections I like. The 2007 Pebble beach with white/red would be my fav combo though Heres some stock ones to keep it boring :winky: http://images.google.co.uk/images?q=sc430%...l=en&tab=wi
  18. Thanks its the SANYO Xacti HD2000 which is very nice does 1920 x 1080 at 60 frames per second. Only thing is editing the video is hard work being so large. Looks very sweet through 1080 tv :)
  19. Thats the Job design kit with air runner suspension http://www.jobdesign.co.jp/photo/index.php?cat=8&page=1 The artisan spirts is nice too
  20. Got a wii as a as gift and had this kickin' around for months, so bunged it in the car. The wii I installed in the glove box, sensor bar on left dash and invertor in the centre console. Although after an hour the invertor gets too hot there and shuts down. So will move it to under the seat. Sorry couldnt record it well with too much screen glare from camera, the picture on screen is very good. Sorry couldnt be bothered to edit video so its a bit long, just skip past the boring bits. Oh yep I know the wii sucks, like I said I got it free
  21. If I did it again I would def. go air, love that slammed look and still get over those road bumps with out causing tailbacks. :winky:
  22. Nice one mate all the old rockers can mod out there SC's. Was feeling on my on :) Dont forget to drop it, maybe air suspension :P
  23. Nice, how about a shot from further out.
  24. Just disable it. - put shifter on N, screw off shifter - open up center console - pull the whole heated seat module straight up, it will come up. disconnect - you will be able to pull up the "back" part of the shift plate area (close to center console) - once it's up, the only point holding it are two clips right below the radio - pull the shift plate towards the back of the car and a bit angle up. jiggle a bit and it will come off - once it's out, you will see the TPS unit right below the radio - unplug BOTH plugs, one small on the right and one bigger one on the left - put everything back and enjoy
  25. Welcome Mark couple of links to try http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/info...anual-search.do https://techinfo.toyota.com/ You do also see them on ebay and worth dropping into a Lexus dealer as chances are they can get you one for free.
