  1. Car is looking great fella. P0420 is the cats, usually there's a leak before the second lambda sensor around the flanges like you've said. I get it here and there, nout to worry about, car will still drive fine 😄
  2. No legality issues with LEDs on our cars. We have projector housing. I've had LED bulbs on my car for well over 1.5yrs without any problems. @Joeh212 The best bulbs are made by Boslla, Bevinsee, OSRAM & Philips however if you have factory HIDs KEEP THEM. Not all aftermarket ballasts are bad, you can get very good aftermarket ballasts from Morimoto or GTR Lighting.
  3. Hey @Linas.P are headlights & ballasts available? How much if so?
  4. No ta mate, got my eyes set on some "JDM y0" wheels already 🤣
  5. 225/45/17 is the best size. Keeps handling neutral, and these cars don't have enough power to cause a loss of rear grip unless you're purposefully giving it some welly in the wet. You don't have to worry about headlight alignment or anything like that. Overall height difference going from a 245 to a 225 is 18mm in the rear. The benefit of going to a smaller width tyre includes lower rolling resistance which decreases fuel consumption, as well as improving driving dynamics. You will absolutely need a 20mm spacer otherwise the rear wheels will look lost in the rear arches.
  6. I don't expect many responses, as it's difficult enough to find an SR kitted IS250/IS220d in a breakers, however, if someone does have the rear lower lip/valance for sale I would like to purchase it. Can collect, but ideally looking to have it shipped up here to bonny Scotland. PFA:
  7. Welcome back, again 🤣 Time to get it decked!
  8. I have an 06, manual. Most of the original system is still in tacked. Mufflers got chopped off a few months ago because unlike many fellow gents here, I enjoy the loud noises coming from the 4GR 😄 I also don't have secondary cats, but not an issue for MOT, still passes with flying colours. Original systems tend to rust around the joints where one section of system meets another. Before I got the mufflers delete there had been several repairs done to the joints between the middle section & rear sections. Maintaining longevity can be obtained by using 99 fuel, dipetane fuel system cleaner and allowing the engine to warm up for 10 minutes. 👍
  9. Recently? New gear knob, new center caps, coilovers, new rear LCAs + bolts, RC-F LCA bushings on the front, 6.3l of Castrol's finest and a genuine filter to boot, as well as a new N/S washer jet.
  10. Lexus Edinburgh has one of these in, and it's not that much smaller than a UX. Still don't like SUVs alas I am a minority 🤣
  11. Oh my, Ahmed! Now that I know RCF/GSF seats fit on the 2IS, I'll be on the hunt because I LOOOVE the design of the newer F seats. Can you share the schematics for the plugs? What changes did you make when you repinned it?
  12. Just had a quick gander through your thread. Car is looking mega mate! It also appears we are in the same area as well, I visit Lexus Edinburgh every now and again 😅
