  1. You could try customer relation cr@lexus.co.uk if you have no luck with your dealer, they are normally more helpful. Hopefully they will sort it out.
  2. It did show on the day itself on the Lexus Link+ app. It should show up as long it matches the details. Is it purchased under your name or your wife?
  3. Lexus Cambridge wanted to have a financial review for my NX 350h. I want to downsize to smaller version which LBX caught my attention. I did try to test drive at Lexus Ipswich but was fully booked for the weekend. Went back to Lexus Cambridge for the financial review and put a deposit £250 for Takumi Sonic Grey plus a free superguard coating. Funny enough they have mentioned the deposit will be refunded regardless if I cancel or proceed the order. ETA in April wouldn't hold my breath till is build in progress. I have check my order sheet, they have sneakily added essential protection pack for no reason. Always finding ways to charge things they didn't ask for.

  7. From the Lexus website, NX 350h has sold out and have stopped taking orders. Giving hope with NX350h orders are worth the wait.

  9. My NX 350h took one week to build and another 8 weeks to arrive the UK.

  13. Today I had a call from Lexus to give a feedback regarding the overall experience with the dealership. The word I would say is appalling. The main factor is lack of communication and professionalism. Given the salesperson advice not to give a feedback which is just not right. Most of my rating were below 5 from purchasing till handover. Expected more from a dealership that has won dealership of the year.
  14. The price list is only for customers that hasn't put their order and deposit. If you have order before the new price list, they should honour the price that you have paid for the deposit.
  15. Lexus has increased the price once again. The cheapest model starting £41k.
  16. I had a,follow up call from the salesperson asking me not to give a feedback if Lexus asked as it will affect his performance review. Very appalling 😠
  17. Collected my NX today done with ceramic coating. It looks newer than the collection day from dealership 😍😍
  18. My first dealing for the NX pre order was with Lexus Ipswich. I did put my interest and was contacted through email regarding the specification, part exchange, etc. There wasn't any reply after that, then I decided to go with Lexus Cambridge which they sort out the order within a day. After a week, Lexus Ipswich decided to respond which I told them I had ordered from somewhere else. I guess from your experience is two completely different kind of customer service. I am glad you did have a good experience from them. Not so lucky for me.
  19. My salesperson asking me to give 10/10 for his customer service but I am not convinced with the lack of communication and professionalism from the dealership. I brought this up to the general manager and he only can apologise and give more training. Lexus Cambridge has won franchised dealership of the year 2022. If they are the best, I am a bit worried with other Lexus dealership.   20. Proud to receive my NX today. Paperworks was smooth. So far enjoying the drive from Cambridge.
  21. Same here. I think they are upgrading their system but I can ask them tomorrow for more info when I am collecting my car.
  22. On my delivery tracker, it doesn't showed the seat in flare red. It might they are showing a generic figure of the exterior color without matching the interior.
