  1. last nights charge 47.8/44.5 Actual achieved from previous charge 41
  2. My 5 missing journeys from last week, including 3 from Saturday 4th Feb, actually updated in the app yesterday. Just 1 from Friday missing now🙄
  3. This has been explained previously. It is quite simply a play on wording/translation. It really just a warning that one or all of the doors are not locked.
  4. I always liked the seat colour door cards on my 2018 RX ML sound system was really no better that the standard system on my 2018 RX. - I’d rather the fit a panoramic roof instead. - neither were fitted or offered as an option to the NX450h supposedly due to weight issues, presumably now they must have developed a lightweight ML sound system🤔. ML system is not something I’d pay for as an option based on previous experience. Regarding “real time traffic info,” since Lexus always advertised this as being available on the NX and then changed to “will be available with an OTA update” I do hope they do an update to 2023 model cars and not find themselves guilty of mis-selling.
  5. Actual achieved on the above before ICE kicked in 37 miles with 50%+ on dual carriageways at 65-70mph, which I find reduces the battery range. Last nights charge shows without A/C range @ 47.7 reduce slightly over previous (48.0) but with A/C range increase slightly @ 44.4 (previous 44.1). Very small margins I know but never noticed that before🤔
  6. Could it be when the headlights come on during daylight, assuming you have them set to auto? Sometimes, in bright sunlight, they will come on for a short time depending where the shadows are due to refraction caused by the sun. Of course, if set to auto the headlights will come on momentarily when going under bridges etc.
  7. Actual achieved on the above 41.1 miles based upon journeys recorded in app, all in EV mode, of 36.3 miles plus 4.8 miles shown as left in battery. Last nights charge shows 48.0/44.1 Car 6 months old & covered 4600 miles
  8. Last nights recharge shows 47.7/43.8 range. Recharge to recharge actual miles 38 v 43 predicted at previous recharge
  9. Just prior to the 1st Covid lockdown one of the attendants on Eurotunnel, after we’d followed his instructions to close up the gap between us in the RX and the car in front, said to me “that’s the quietest car I’ve ever known - until you braked at the end!” I suspect that this is what you are referring to @Mobeam
  10. Just a thought (I haven’t checked) but is there a setting on the NX which enables “walk away” lock and “walk to” unlock facility? The wife’s MX5 has this which I have disabled
  11. Mine showing 47.5/43.7 this morning. Last trips recharge to recharge produced an actual 38 miles & previous ones 35-36 miles, even though the lower indicated miles after charging has never fallen below 42 miles 🤔
  12. You are correct it has been asked before, although not specifically for Spain. See the link above (unless Spain is any different to the rest of the EU?)
  13. Scroll to the bottom and swipe almost half way up. If the first page shows the words “your ave drivers score” swipe at that point. You can also toggle between week, month and year As I mentioned earlier, the app isn’t very intuitive
  14. @Simon F other (fairly uninspiring) features of the app are after selecting “hybrid coaching” scroll down to the bottom of the overview page and you will see 1/6. Swipe from right to left and the other 5 pages of analytics will be revealed.
  15. The app is not very intuitive. Try the following 3 steps 1. 2nd from left menu option at the bottom (3 lines on graphic) 2. Hybrid coaching 3. All trips Best to forget the score & comments re hybrid coaching, particularly if you are used to driving a hybrid car, it assumes that you are forever driving in utopian situations. If you are not used to driving a hybrid car there are many better tutorials on how to get the best from one elsewhere on this site and on the web.
  16. Update, Tuesday’s trips updated today🙄, bizarre. I can’t see the version of the app Malcolm but it should be up to date since an update came through not too long ago. The glitch I reported yesterday only lasted for about an hour if that, so I assume that it working when you tried was just a timing issue. Not very convenient though if I was wanting to set the car to warm up a little at the point the app failed😟 The only use I find in the app is the ability to pre heat the car etc and the trip mileage, particularly for local trips, so that I can estimate the battery performance whilst running in pure EV mode. I am beginning to think that the issues I’m having is actually with the car updating the servers that run the app and is related to the fact that the car is usually garaged on my return to home, weak signal syndrome. The app usually “finds” the car quickly when I want to pre heat etc.
  17. Last trip n the front of the app is still the one I completed last Thursday. Still nothing showing for Sat, Mon & yesterday. When I login to the app this morning I get a message saying they are having some issues once again, although it does load🙄
  18. Exactly the same in the portal as the app re journeys Malcolm In fact the portal still thinks today is Fri last week 🙄
  19. @Ken R The 3 journeys I completed last Thursday updated on the app this morning 🙄
  20. @RKaneMine was delivered back in Aug & I was one of the fortunate ones who had the charger supplied & installed FOC from Lexus. Lexus sub contracted British Gas for this but their normally supplied charger only communicates via mobile phone signals which, if you live in an area where the signal is hopeless like I do is a waste of time. In the end they changed it to an Easee One charger which communicates via WiFi, a much better option. The Easee One charger, I understand, is capable of charging at 22kwh which, although the Lexus will regulate this to the car’s charging speed of 7kwh, means that it will also charge a full EV car. @HMTThe charger installation doesn’t necessarily have to be connected directly to your fuse box. Mine is connected to the meter but to do this an isolator switch needs to be fitted inside the meter box with a further small box alongside (can’t remember the name of it) It leads to a neater installation if your fuse box in inside the house and the meter & box is on an outside wall of the house
  21. Was this order placed at Ipswich Lexus? If so I am surprised by your comments since, after I ordered a 450h from there at the end of Jan 22, they kept me fully informed on progress via a telephone call every 2-3 weeks right up to the car being delivered to their premises late July
  22. I haven’t experienced anything like that but wonder if the flashing hazards you suffered have any connection to an alarm condition Just a thought🤔
  23. Not possible I’m afraid………..yet. In the words of Lexus around 12 months ago, “the ability to send destination route to car via the app will feature in a future update” 🙄 Don’t hold your breath😉. Best to just set the route using google maps before you get in to the car and use car play.
  24. I’m still trying to understand why a bit of dirt/mud on the bottom of doors before the seal requires the interior of the car to be cleaned🤔. I always regarded the doors as part of the bodywork so I just wipe over the particular area of the subject matter whilst washing the car along with the bottom of the doors, which is surely a necessity on all cars. Do people really wash cars with the doors closed and ignore the door bottoms which are in the shut line of the car? Even the car wash gangs, on the rare occasion that I’ve used them, open the doors & wipe the bottoms.
