  1. Like many others I had this issue having to sign in multiple times and also to the upper case problem. Touch wood but not had to sign in for over 6 months now - no idea how or why the issue went away. with regard to the upper case with mine I found that a very quick double tap brought up the capitals, took a few goes to get the timing right!!!!!
  2. You do not have to go to the dealer you bought the car from. You can get it done at any Lexus dealer / service . So If there is a dealer nearer to you just contact them, they can then get the key and clone it for you. That’s what I did & saved a 100 mile round trip
  3. Got mine in just under 6 months in January, but told the time was starting to come down. still waiting for the locking wheel bolts after 8 months - anybody got any updates on these?
  4. The letter is from Lexus to the owner and does not go through the dealership. With the letter you can arrange for any Lexus dealership or Lexus service centre to get the key and to clone it for you - takes about 30 min. but as others have said my be worth an email to Lexus CS just to ensure they have the latest owner details for you car well done on getting this car with only 35 miles and not having the long wait many of us have had …… enjoy
  5. The EV range is the same as last couple of chargers at 47.5, but with A/C the range is dropping off a bit and down to 41.3

Well 3 weeks later finally got a call from “my dealership” offering to sort out the 2nd key….. told him already done elsewhere as I had gaven up on waiting for them. did remind them about the printed owner manual I was promised in Sept (and that was only after Lexus CS had a word with them) - told it was a different dept and that he would get them to call me …….. wonder how long that will take if at all
  7. After a couple of partial charges managed to get a full charge yesterday giving 47.5 and 42.3 so almost identical to last time - still shows as 42 on the dash so the variation is still much more than in the summer

Got the letter from Lexus in December and contacted my dealership - got reply about being busy and closure over Christmas and they would be in touch - still waiting, so end of last week contacted my “local” Lexus service dealer (they cannot sell Lexus but can service them) they said ok we can get the keys in a couple of days when do you want to come in it takes about 1/2 hr so we will fit you in almost anytime. Took it in this morning, all OK - it did take just under the hour, but to be fair the complementary health check and the valet & wash took most of the time, and the coffee was quite good !! ps still waiting for the printed owners handbook my dealership promised me in September
  9. Like Paul, my 450h has not given a beep going forward or backwards since I picked it up in June 23
  10. Todays figures are 47.4 (up 0.1) and 42.7 (down 0.5) but still 42 in the car still had range of 21 when I did the top up
  11. Same figures again 47.3 and 43.2 from the app, but only showing 42 in the car, there has always been a slight variation, but the 5 mile difference seems to be getting larger?
  12. 2nd charge in 2 days and it has jumped from 43 to 47.3 ( on the app) with ac it’s at 43. 2 so much better than yesterday
  13. Today I got a full charge in for the 1st time in the last 2 months. Did not get to check the app for the 2 ranges, but the car dash stated a disappointing 43 should be able to get back to a more regular charging regime over the next few weeks so see how it goes
  14. Sorry but I got the Premium plus pack that did not come with the card key, but was told that all the MY24 versions have an upgraded security system and that they had not yet soerted this out for the key (only the fobs) and had taken the card key off all specs
  15. Picked up car on 1st June, still waiting for 2nd fob and wheel nuts. Lexus CS that the dealership could order the paper manual for me. they contacted the the dealership for me and I got a confirmation email that they would order the paper manual but that it may take a few weeks. That was in September. Still waiting …….
  16. Went through all this a couple of months ago and it seemed to cure the problem - till yesterday when the issue started again. Last time I had a problem entering my (valid) password so ended up starting from scratch again - took a couple of goes. Did not have chance to do anything yesterday as the message only comes up when driving and I just cancelled every 10 minutes. will try the password reset first, and see if I can avoid this process
  17. Great news… I got my 450h on 1st June 23 so hope my letter arrives soon
  18. My understanding from Lexus CS is that it will be Lexus that contact me to let me know that a key is available. It is then up to me to contact a dealership of my choice (does not have to be the dealership I bought the car from) - they will then order the key from Lexus and agree an appointment time for the key to be cloned to the car.
  19. Does seem odd. I only had 1 blade split in the time I had my 300h and it was at least 18 months old. I do tend to replace front wipers every 2 years at my local Toyota garage and ask them to check the rear - which does last longer

For me In the uk in June it took 2 weeks, but others have posted much longer, depends on any extras you have ordered and if they have any shortages earlier this year some cars were being held back due to he locking wheel bolt issue etc but there does not seem to be any major issues as you are none uk assume distances are greater and I do not know which Toyota area it will go to
  21. If it’s the same process as UK, then this means the car has been unloaded from the ship. it will then be transported to (Derby in UK) whichever Toyota facility they use for you for them to prep / check before sending on to your dealer

  23. I had raised a couple of issues with Lexus customer services since the release of this app and have exchanged several emails.. Today I received this email Thank you for contacting us. Just recently we have encountered a number of issues relating to the connected car functionality and our application ‘app’. We are aware of various issues, some of which we know to be a direct result of some recent system changes and the migration of the app to a new platform. While we remain sure of the longer term benefits of this migration, at this moment in time, users might expect some functionality issues where we have no immediate fix. It appears your enquiry relates directly to this matter. Please rest assured we are doing all we can to get to the bottom of these issues but in the meantime we are not able to offer immediate advice or a corrective course of action. We are working towards resolving all current issues. In the meantime, should you choose to remove and reinstall the app and restart the connection process to your vehicle, this will have no detrimental effect. Once we are confident the corrective measures have been made, we will advise all our Centres who can then support and advise you as necessary. If still required, support will be available in the new year from your local Centre. We are sorry for any inconvenience or disruption as a result of this temporary problem and hope this won’t impact greatly on your overall satisfaction with us
  24. Me too. i cannot see any difference from previous version. got the same notification on my iPad ( have been told by Lexus it is not designed to work on iPads and it still does not work on some features again no change at all)
