  1. Im very interested in this thing!!! I take it that this will improve acceleration a good deal (if you set it so the 'kick' will come in sooner) but anyone got an ideas by how much? and also ruffly how much this will cost fitted. :) thanks in advance for the feedback.......

  5. Being a young driver myself, I would try and be calm and correct when speaking, and dont act like a sterotypical young fella. ie dont fly off the handle like theyre probably expecting you to when she starts feeding them bulls**t about you. :) good luck mate!!

  15. CRAP!!! thats not what i wanted to hear!! your probably right though....if they're that cheap, it must be for a reason. Think its probably worth throwing another £25 a tyre ontop of what im gonna spend. That should get me a decent set of toyos. :D thanks for the advice :)
  16. Think im gonna get a set at the end of july (spare money then) cant really complain at that price... Hope it will end up round the £220 mark including fitting. :)
  17. If they do choose to fix your car as apposed to righting it off, wont the car then be listed as a CAT D, and therefore reduce the future resale value???? please correct me if im wrong :)

    Bit risky mate, the nail will move about and you risk a blow out and possibly so much damage that the tyre can't be repaired. ← only two more days and ill have the money to get the rear left and the spare fixed :winky: :D

  25. Ive read some of the other posts where people discuss these 'resistors' but I had never seen one untill now....when someone mentions 'resisitor' to me , I picture a tiny peice of hardware that can be soldered to a circuit board :)
