How do you find the rav 4 more practical for a family than the lex, other than in the mpg area?

mine was really begining to stink !!! so I just removed the filter from behind the glovebox, dusted all the dead insects off, ran it under hot water till it was back to its original colour, put it back into position, and now no more stink!

have a nose around the bt website and look for the services link which will direct you to a page that will inform you of all problems that involve BTs internet service. It also displays in what areas are experiancing difficultys. (sorry i dont have the direct link to that page....but i hope this helps) :)

Im 22 and from Liverpool, have 5 years no claims and I pay £64 a month (do the math for yearly sum) and thats on my W plate is200se. Not to bad id say! :)

I think its the ERR3 message that is the main reason to change the system (thats what I had to do anyway). Im sure theres a post about the err1 message, do a search cos im pretty sure theres advice on how to sort it out. :)

True.....the main one that everone seems tohave is the TRUST kit, although I dont really like the look of the filter that comes with it. :yack:

I bought one of there a few months back....comes with a TRD filter, and sounds nice and deep when accelerating.....wouldnt say it improved performance though :)

Would a toyota celica engine (189 bhp) fit in either the altezza or IS200 ← havn't an idea...but didnt some older celicas (or was it MR2s) come with 3s-ge engines installed, but they had red tops as apposed to the altezza black top engine?

Does anyone know whether or not the altezzas 3s-ge engine would fit straight into a normal is 200? or would there be any modification involved? also does anyone know where and how much one can be bought for? any replys appriciated :)

There are altezzas with sunroofs though. Although I did think that the altezza was just an is200 'S' with a better engine, and therefore didnt come with a sunroff

Did it have OEM wheels? if so, wouldnt an altezza have 'altezza' centre caps and an IS have an 'L'? one way to tell i suppose. :)

just a quick FYI .. K&N don't make an induction kit for the IS200 ... the one for IS300 don't fit... so dont even think about it! lots of ppl use Trust which seems like a decent kit, altho I've heard loads of stories about the filter being no good and letting tons of dirty into the engine. You might wanna go for a hybrid style kit .. where u get the piping from Trust, and retrofit a better filter from another brand onto it.... or u can just forget about the idea, put in a high flow replacement filter and use that money for other mods ... like lowering suspension kits or catback exhaust. Just my 2 cents ... ← Thats just what ive done....trust piping with TRD filter sounds/looks mint wouldn't say theres a great deal of improvement performance wise sadly
