Hardly think so as the IS250 (MY2006) was only released third quarter of 2005 and the 220D wasn't released until later in 2006 with production starting in 2005. The rear brake calipers on the second generation IS, including the 220D, were subject to a Lexus advisory or 'Customer Satisfaction Campaign' to main dealerships in 2008 to check for pistons seizing and to replace as necessary under warranty, but it wasn't a 'recall'. The only 220D models this concerned were manufactured between November 14th 2005, and December 1st 2006.
There has been a number of Technical Service Information Bulletins (TSIB's), on the Second generation IS's which would apply to the 220D e.g. brake master cylinder seal and replacement steering rack recalls.
