What Does This Code Mean?

had my diagnostics checked today and it showed 1 code:-

'C1752 continuous current to exhaust solenoid'

This error code is related to the air suspension. This can occur without an actual problem if the system is operated when overloaded or on a steep slope - the correct height cannot be obtained within a certain timeframe.

Check the operation of your air suspension on level ground to see if it is operating correctly. If so then you can just clear out the stored code.

If there is a problem then the cause could be a number of things including a faulty height sensor, faulty compressor or leaking suspension unit.
