Gs 300 Battery Dead Now Car Will Not Start.

Hi folks newbie here i have a third generation GS and the Battery went dead so i jumped it off my own car and it started but then i turned her off and upon trying to restart the alarm kept going off and the doors locked, now the red security light stays lit and nothing works in the car?

Help!

On my second generation, I had to turn the ignition on for 6 minutes for the immobiliser to relearn its memory, googled it and thats how I found the answer, because I was completely stumped.

I see that but no ignition on these!

There is, keep your foot of the break pedal and press the start button twice, then after about 10 seconds again and will switch off then restart as normal

So foot off the pedal i tried that and no joy..
