99 Momentum No Difference

Having only filled up with Shell Vpower from owning the IS250 (18 Months), last week I got caught out and had to use a supermarket to fill up. For convienience I filled the tank at the time. Now, 200 miles on, by tank avg on the display has gone up 2 mpg. Usually I have 29.5 with vpower, currently reading 31.5 with morrisons unleaded. I may try another tank of 95 after this one and see if the mpg stays up there. In addition I can not detect any drop in performance, smoothness etc.

I will most likely continue with vpower for the cleaning properties in the long run as the extra cost isnt an issue (recently stopped smoking and its peanuts compared to that expense!)
