Quick buying advice - 3rd gen GS430

Hi all, I'm travelling 4.5 hours south on Saturday to look at a GS430.

I don't know a great deal about the 3rd gen but I have had a gen 2 GS430 sport in the past. 

I tried to book it into the local Lexus garage for an inspection but they were too busy to accommodate Saturday. 

So I'll be checking this over myself on the day and was looking for any pointers on what to look for...

It has 118k miles and Lexus history up to 100k including timing belt change...

Just looking for pointers really :)
