I think that you'll find that if it's the correct offset then size shouldn't matter the ET will often be quoted within a range e.g. in this case ET35... 42 regardless of size which in this case all GS/LS/RX have the same ET of between 35 ... 42

But the offset will change with the width of the rim. The 18" rims are wider than the 16" ones.

The offset is the distance from the centre line of the wheel to the wheel mounting face.

If the mounting face of the wheel is closer to the car than the centre line of the wheel (as in a lot of deep dish wheels), then this is a negative offset.

If the mounting face of the wheel is further away from the car than the centre line of the wheel (as most if not all Lexus wheels are), this is a positive offset.

The number is the offset distance in millimetres. I am not sure what the ET stands for but I think it is just some sort of abreviation for offset. In theory, as long as the offset is the same, wider wheels should not be a problem. The things you have to watch out for with wider wheels are arch clearance and suspension component clearance.
