Gold membership discount

Hi does anyone have experience of getting 15% discount on service 'packages' particularly at the Birmingham branch

Hi Kevin, I also have a 400h, I have mine serviced at Lexus Stoke, on the first service they initially refused to give a discount, however they relented and gave 15% Subsequent servicing I remind them of the discount before they do any work, show the card. If they refuse a discount go elsewhere, check out the Lexus owners club website, some dealers give as much as 20%!.

Card is good at Halfords 15%.

Hi thx for the reply. Birmingham gave discount last year after initially refusing ( once I told them that I would post on this forum not to expect discount suggested on this website), but that was on standard minor service - I was wondering whether anyone had got gold membership discount on top of reduced price of service package.
