Lexus RX400h inverter - broken (need some parts for it)

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody,

my 2007 RX400h has a "little problem". :wallbash:

Folowing a short-circuit, the inverter connectors melted down, and the orange cables from the transaxle as well; at the first glance it looks like a bad coonection.

Apart of these, and the burn marks, the inverter seems fine.

At this stage I need an inverter unworkable for various reasons for the two aluminum connectors and the two orange cables coming from the gearbox and enter the inverter.

Anyone has a broken inverter with those connectors in good order?

Any feedback is welcome !

There is a company in Northampton which offers overhaul of the Battery units, As I am away for a few days I don't have the details, but I'm sure that if you google Toyota/Lexus Battery pack repairs you'll probably find them. The chap that told me about them said that his repair cost less that 1/3 of the dealer price.
