Any more details as to how it doesnt work?

Do you mean it wont store the seat position or the seat is not moving to its stored position after its been set?

Worth making sure that the car is in PARK otherwise it wont work either way.

To store a setting in memory, hold both SET and "1" or "2" button together. You'll hear a beep.
To restore make sure you're in park mode and just click "1" or "2' button.

Simple :)

I know how it is supposed to work but it doesn't. No beep and doesn't  set.

Sounds like it may be a problem with the actual switch itself or a fuse gone out or something. I cant advise on that front so hopefully someone else will pop up

Does it even recall the memory position? Sound like the wiring to the switch has been disconnected.
