Error Code Meanings

I'm getting the following error codes when I perform a diagnostic check on an SC400 ...

EFI13

EFI31

When it finally starts (!) the car seems to be missing an entire bank of cylinders. In addition, the catalytic converter warning light comes on as soon as the car is running. I've already replaced the fuel pump ECU but this doesn't appear to have addressed the problem.

Can anyone shed some light on what parts these error codes might be referring to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, since the MOT is already overdue and I won't be able to get another one until I've got the problem sorted!

Not sure if these code are correct for your vehicle but:

13 - No "NE" ignition signal received to ECU when engine speed is greater than 1000 rpm.

31 - open or short circuit in airflow meter or MAP sensor signal

Check your camshaft position sensors, airflow sensor and wiring
