Newer Is 200/300's Have Different Fogs ?

Was at a carwash today getting my car washed for meh and there were 4 lexus (including mine) there, so chatting with one of the other owners (who I gave the url to this site to! :D ) and noticed when three of the cars were parked up alongside each other the 03 reg sportcross had "clearer" fog lens' than the two 99 IS's, they looked much better than my fogs but I offset that by having a sportsgrill and LOC green sticker :D !!!

I should have got a photo of the "mini" meet but only had my p900's camera and I am not well known for my steady hand :P
