Depends what it needs. Check the service schedule and history and see what's been done and when and go from there.

I would expect at least:

- Oil and oil filter
- Air filter
- Cabin filter
- General check over

If it has an automatic transmission you probably want to change the fluid if it hasn't been done. I don't know much about hybrids but there's probably hybrid specific stuff that should be done.

The oil filter housing plastic caps are normally really tight especially if it's been horsed up by an idiot in a garage. I bought a specific cap removal socket (65mm) off amazon.

I was regularly servicing my CT and Auris hybrid, they love 0W20 oil and fresh plugs which Toyota don't reckon are needed for 120k. I also replaced the air filter every second service, I'm sure the service interval is 40k on these which is abit long.

The service hatch underneath re uses one of the plastic trim clips to hold it open which is decent 🙂
