I know this has been asked many times but I can't seem to find a definant answer..... Does my 2000 IS SPORT have a radio mute wire if so where can I locate it and what colour is it (cd player located at the bottom)

What age is it? The older ones do have a mute.

I should read all the question!

If your car has sat nav then there is a mute on the amp. Otherwise you need to wire a relay to the grey wire on the head unit which is the switched live. The mute from your car kit needs to open the relay to cut power to the head unit whilst there is a call.
