Hello guys,

Just purchased a 2018 NX from a main dealer and the dealership said the car is not compatible for a android retrofit as it was manufactured just before the android compatible cars were made. 

The cars nav system is quite frankly unusable so is there any other way to get android/apple carplay?

Like Ken, I thought the 2018 NXs could be done so it's worth double checking.

If you definitely can't do it then I recommend a Grom Vline 2. Here's a short write-up and review I did a little while ago after fitting one in my 2018 RX:
