Best looking wheels for an IS250 ?

Just looking for ideas as to which wheels look best, sorry if this subject has been done to death, i have had a read up.

At the moment mine has standard multi-spoke 17", which look ok but think if they were 18" they would look better.

Dont want anything after market that involves spacers etc of hassles with fit.

Read GS 250 wheels fit the IS, is this true ?

Anyways, appreciate any advice.

Yeah, GS wheels will fit. A good number of Lexus cars have the same PCD and centre bore size (5x114.3, 60.1mm), so those from other models will also fit an IS.

Including the OEM wheels my car came with, I've had 4 different sets on mine and currently, I alternate between these two.

18" MY2010 "Hoshi" F-Sport wheels (summer).

18" 2013+ 3rd Gen IS F-Sport wheels (winter).

Hard to say which ones I prefer as I always seem to think they look better than the other set each time I swap between them, but if I had to narrow it down, I'd pick the Hoshis. Especially in the OG titanium-style finish.

I also had a set of 19" IS-F wheels for a while, but was never really endeared by them.

My previous car had the optional "Baransu" (aka G-Spyder) wheels. Of which I was definitely a fan.

Thanks John, appreciated.

Seen a set of those Baransu for sale recently, nice but not as nice as the above 2 sets.

Agree, those Hoshi look the best and is what i had in mind.

Others are nice too though.

Must be good to have a choice!

Thanks, good to know what they are called and now have a better idea.

One more question about OEM F sport wheels.

Fitting these to a non-F sport, is there a bigger gap between wheel and car body?. You dont need to lower it do you ?

You don't have to but F-Sport suspension is 10mm lower than normal, so theoretically there'll be a bigger gap in the wheel wells.

It likely won't look that bad given your suspension has probably sagged a bit over time.
