Creaking sound at low speeds after a bit of driving

My IS300h has had a creaking sound when driving/maneuvering at low speeds for a while now (happens are driving for about 10 mins), but it's definitely getting a lot worse of late. I don't think it's the suspension as I've wobbled the car around stationary and heard nothing. It's definitely a creak and not a squeak. Could this be another variation of the brakepad issues I see people complaining about? It also happens when the car isn't even going over bumps, so more evidence it could be break/wheel related.

Honestly depends where it's coming from

Could even be creaky seals that just need a bit of lubrication

It is very unlikely on a 2017 model but check the heat shields, over both exhaust back boxes, for movement.
