Memory settings on front seats

Some advice please,  before I go back to the dealer. Front seat memory settings are not holding, especially on 2 setting. Have had to previous ES’s.  No problems on set up. Any ideas?

Had exactly the same issue, was mentioned by an incredibly helpful poster (sorry can't remember who) on another thread. Basically you need to move your drivers seat to all its outer limits so the car learns where they are. i.e. As far forward/back as possible, max/min height, full recline in both directions etc. 

Once the car learns where it is able to place the seat you should then be able to set the memory seats. Only takes a couple of minutes to sort.

Also within the menu system, you may have noticed this whilst hunting for a solution, you can set whether the seat goes back fully, a little or not at all after turning the engine off.

Thank you once again Mark.  Working perfectly. Saved me a trip. Doubt that the dealer would have told me that over the phone.
