NX300 Rattling sound from the passanger's seat - shaky electric panel

I noticed silent rattling sound coming from passenger's seat (initiallyI thought it comes from the doors). It happens on bumpy  road when the seat is not occupied 
It looks that electric panel and its connectors are slightly loose so they have tendency to vibrate. When seat is loaded the panel vibration is gone. What is confusing to me that driver's seat has exactly same issue just it is not annoying as seat is always under load. 

Is it something that can be fixed or just some kind of a "design" limitation? Thank you in advance for any suggestion 🙂

Whilst it is vibrating, it is difficult to tell from the video it is the source of the noise or something further up in the seat base.

Duct tape from the connectors/cables to the seat base to provide some tension will help narrow down where the noise is - then a cable tie or two would hopefully be able to fix things more permanently.
