New ES Owner Feedback

Recommended Posts

Have any other new ES owners been asked for feedback since collecting their new vehicle? Dealer advised I would be contacted a few weeks after the handover but it has been months now and nothing?

This is possibly down to the individual dealer. I received a follow-up call after buying my used Lexus. Not sure if Lexus UK ask for feedback?

I had a phone call from an agency working for Lexus about two weeks after my purchase. It was all about the dealer, not the vehicle. Although the questions were designed to assess the dealer performance, I hope I managed to convey the fact that I was happy with the dealer, but not with Lexus GB. My dealer mentioned that they had received a summary of the conversation.

Interesting have had the vehicle for months and nothing. One way to ensure the feedback is positive to avoid disgruntled customers!

During my handover, the sales guy explained about the follow up questionnaire and asked if I could do my best to give the best feedback possible. His bonus is based on a 90% minimum but higher than 95% for his full amount. I had a great experience, handover etc so gave him top marks.

We were asked for feedback by Lexus not long after collection (purchased at Glasgow Lexus - EasternWestern group owned) as well as the normal follow up from the sales team, have also been asked for feedback from Lexus following the first service which included a question around what would I change about the ES.

I had a call from the dealer which included the sales guy i dealt with and his manager a week after purchase. I never received any calls from Lexus head office. No real issue in my case as my experience was satisfactory. However, had it not been this way i would have liked to have had my say.

I had a follow up call from the manager of the dealership but got the usual call from Lexus UK which was mainly about the dealer performance but did also ask about the car and any changes or comments I had about it... I have had this call for at least my last 3 Lexus...
