Well how’s a goin! I have a spec S IS200 bought electric seats. Can someone point me in the right direction ? I heard a live fused in-line from Battery and then earth. 
what size fuse?? And any pictures be greatly appreciated

Yes you could use the cig lighter. It's a switched source so you would need the ignition on and only 15 A fused so don't move both seats to be at once, but would make wiring easier.

Sound lad so be running two cables from cig lighter? One to driver seat and one to passenger seat? 15 amp on both lines?

If you are taking your feed(s) from the cig lighter wiring then you don't need inline fuses because the 15 A fuse in the fusebox is providing the protection. You only need inline fuses if you were to take a feed directly from the Battery or a circuit that is protected by a much larger fuse.

Yes, run two separate cables, one for each seat.

Use appropriate cable, something at least 2.00mm^2 / 14 AWG thick so you don't get too much voltage drop on your cable which will cause the seats to move too slowly.
