Hi

In the event that the owner of a new Lexus car cannot get satisfaction from their dealer or indeed from their national Lexus dealership with respect to car faults ....is there any European - Global - Japanese contact (e-mail address, etc) that one can make contact with??

WOW what is the issue? How long have you had the car? Did you buy it outright or on a finance? 

If finance I'd contact the finance company and explain that the car is faulty to a point you no longer trust it and you are intent on returning it as unfit for use. See what their response is. 

Also seek legal advice. This is a very very rare issue against a Lexus dealer. Best of luck.
